Philip BatingaI called their hotline on a Thursday informing me that my document has not reached them yet.. I called our consulate informing me otherwise. Emirates post informed me to call by Saturday. Then I called Saturday and they told me they arranged it to be delivered on a Sunday from 9-3pm.. I asked them to change the number registered since it was not working. At 2pm on Sunday I called them to follow-up since I had my day off just to receive that very important document. He call center guy told me its on the way. At 3:15pm I called them again and told me the delivery guy came at 12pm and contacted me with the number I changed the day before. I took the day off and they wasted my time. Not to be trusted with important documents. Now they are telling that me that it will be delivered tomorrow.. that is very good business.. Id rather trust fetcher that this..

Marielle MangalimanRubbish Service to the fullest! So many wasted time for the delayed shipment of my documents. Guess what, their customer service people are shouting too! Unbelievable! So rude and no manners! They don;t even know how to treat their customers! They cannot give you any exact time as they know they cannot commit it!! Worst service ever

Kristin HongDear Emirates Post Team: Hi, I would like to raise my concern regarding one of your staff. I had a transaction in Philippines Consulate (DUBAI) today, 13th of February around 3:30 PM. I didnt get the chance to get this Filipino mans name, the one who wears spectacles. He was the one "assisted" us in our transaction and his "customer service" caught my attention. I can only say the first thing that pops into my mind which is - WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME EPG CONDUCTED TRAINING FOR THEIR STAFF? Let me get to the point, I understand he has given us a "warning" that all transactions are irrevocable and we need to make sure that everything are positively correct. But to talk down to customers and lecturing them is entirely different. First off, why giving us the childish and overbearing attitude? Second, he asked some questions and so I responded accordingly. But he made a face that makes me feel degraded and to top it off he raised his voice at us as if he intended to get the people’s attention. Lastly, if that didn’t humiliate us quite enough, he pressed the paper on the window (good thing there was a glass!) Or else he might literally, rub it off my face to “make his point clearer”- It was totally uncalled for! I finished with a Double Degree Course and I do not appreciate being treated like a toddler which I consider a direct insult! My first EPG experience was a disaster! Every customer’s transaction is case to case basis. I was about to asked a question and he answered without letting me finished because he conveniently had the “answer”. Your representative cannot give the same answers to everybody just to make the line go faster! If he doesn’t want to be asked by “ridiculous” questions, then there is no place for an impatient person in the customer service section – I cannot emphasize that enough! In addition, I would also like to share the incident that happened around 2 weeks ago which my co-worker has experienced. Funnily enough the same person is involved. He imposed an additional AED15 without issuing receipt. When requested for one, he was very unprofessional – there is no best word to describe him. EPG management should definitely provide a feedback box. I assure everyday will be Valentine’s day for him with all the customers he pissed off, he’ll be getting a number of “love” letters. Please just a little reminder, the people going to Philippines’ Consulate already have problems and concerns on their own (with the documents) and we do not need a fellow Filipino to burden us just because he cannot hide his arrogance - which to be fair, is quite astounding!!! I have a HR background and I recruit for a service industry. One of the desired qualities of an applicant is to have patience, knows how to listen (to properly assist) and can work under pressure without bursting out (if his ego is challenged) Well, I think he seriously needs a refresher course. Honestly, I find him very disappointing and what a shame EPG has somebody like him working in the customer service.

dimitris valsamakisAmazing delay of my time. To receive a parcel EM POST advice me to wait at my premises from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. What a policy?? EM POST cannot be more specific in time? I have to lose a whole day waiting for a parcel? or this is a strategy so everybody to collect from their offices? Is this a couriers service as they want to say?? I am deeply sorry for this service and I advice anyone to chose other. Thank you

StanyekOne of the most disgraceful company ever. Parcel came without PO Box and was sent back immediately on the same day despite the indicated phone number on it. Its already happened to the same parcel and this disgraceful company was not able to mention first time that theyd have needed PO Box. Disgusting how they do not have any common sense and how they do not care about customers.
