Absolutely Horrible Experience with the company. Nobody picks calls in their customer care..it goes to voicemail or cuts you out. Moreover they have returned the passport despite mentioning the correct address which i verified with the Indian Mission - Cannot even rate it..I would like to know how and why did they return the passport (tracking number: UAED06670917) despite correct address and paying courier charges.

According to their own website, they are supposed to be open today, Saturday at 8am. I got here at 9 am, they are closed today and they have my wifes passport. We have to travel urgently and now I will loose a lot of money in canceled bookings because they are holding her passport. They do not take any phone calls, whatsapp messages or emails. I dont know how the Indian counslate still utilises this highly unreliable company for their passport distribution. Every other review here states the same things I have mentioned. Terrible.

Where are you? The passport has been in hub since 23rd and today is 25th. Im 10 minutes away! UAED08340617. Kindly invest in you telecom services even small startups have a call waiting. Your phone has been busy for an hour! 24 calls and counting. Two more calls and they hang up! Totally disappointing. BLS needs to hire a better firm!! If the tactic is to come to your hub and pick it up even after Ive paid courier. Id do it. Just say it. This kind of weak infrastructure when your handling the passports of the biggest population of the region is NOT Accepted. Gives me an extension or alternative number please. Ok they answered 9:17am told me it would be here in an hour...lets see. Ive revised my rating to 3 stars from one star as they got my passport by 10:30am. So the delivery is not the issue. The issue is in the telephone network. Hope you can get that fixed.

Do your very best to avoid sending or recieving ANY item through this courier. One of the worst experiences Ive ever had to deal with, complete lack of professionalism, service and just common decency. Their staff are all incompetent, rarely pick up the phone and once they do - instantly disconnect. Its disgraceful that CGI and BLS choose to partner with AXL, although not surprising, after all what else can one expect from the Indian government?

I have never seen such poor and unprofessional service. My courier(containing my passport) was delayed for more than a week. They never pick up calls or cuts the call after picking them up. And when I finally get someone on the line, they tell me to expect the courier to be delivered the next day. And this went on for a few days, after which I got tired and frustrated and decided to go to their office to pick it up myself. My 30 bucks delivery charge was a waste, but atleast I am thankful I got the passport back in one piece.

Very bad customer service and response - their receipt says the medical report will be delivered within 24hrs from the time the medical report is issued by DHA - it s 48 hrs gone and no news of them tried to call them on 04 2552211 no response, no other numbers given, web tracking simply says the couriers was returned to hub without delivery no reason given - and they didnt call either, I have to run behind them for almost half day and still waiting for the delivery - having opted for 24hrs and paid more for the service still have to wait even after 48 hrs - is there a way to escalate this - I have the screen shot of the web tracking for proof. Gave that single star - otherwise we cannot post

Not at all recommended. They said my passport will be delivered on 18/11/15. Whenever i calls, they says it will be delivered that day. Now they are saying it will be delivered on 21/11/15. Because of them I have to pay 3 days fine for exceeding my visa duration. Poor service.
