Food with nice potential, poorly cooked and presented by staff that really dont get it at all. Steak surveys cold, food asked to be served at the same time varied by 20 min vegetables broiled like school camp. That being said, the wood fired lobster was very good. If you only had this it would be a nice feed.

The restaurant is the perfect example of over priced food with mediocre service. Waiters though nice work on a painstaking pace. No one should wait 20 minutes to get a refill for a drink and this being a non busy day. The food being expensive must have to at least consist of some flavor and must be served hot to make it your moneys worth. Sadly came here to celebrate a birthday, will not be coming back here.

Its average. Theres nothing special about it, its a place to eat some mediocre seafood. The lobster was overlooked, chewy and hard to get out of the shell. Salad was good and so was the soup. Im sure the ones in the States are better. The restaurants got a very TGI Fridays, Chilis vibe so its a pretty family friendly place. The service was excellent though! Crowded or not, rest be assured, you will get everything in a timely fashion.

Very bad service from the staff and the food was overly priced for an average dishes. I am really disappointed from the bad service that I received from the waitress and the receptionist. Over all very bad experience.

Service was ok but the food is over priced and not top quality. They had a nice lobster in the aquarium which was 3 pounds, when we asked How much it would cost to have this one instead of the 1 lbs ones, we were quotes 1300 uad (above 300 euros) !!!!!!!! To be avoided if possible.

It isnt as good as it in USA! We had great time with boys gathering at Red Lobster last night. The food was awesome. Large portion of food Tasty The staff were amazing and helpful And the total bill was reasonable for 12 number of ppl.

Glorified fast food restaurant. They serve super stale french fries. At least its super. Cajun Shrimp Pasta was so so... so so not good. Drinks (blue hawaiian and mojito) were super sweet - put coca cola to shame! And the waiter, the waiter! He was so sad, I think he needed a hug. 2 stars because I am generous.

If youre a sea food fan, Red Lobster is definitely worth your time. From your appetizer to the final dish, Red Lobster serves up delicious Shrimp cooked in various ways and accompanied with different sauces. If youre up for lobster and crab, one of the mix-menus will serve you with all you need and definitely leave you satisfied.

The ambience and food is very nice... I will only comment about the staffs they are not friendly and very rude they put the plates carelessly.. The managers attitude didnt suit her position.. I will not come back in this restaurant... Just finish our lunch today at 1:30 pm the staffs on this time wereng good enough to work here.. Incompetent and nog accomodatibg... They should learn good customer service!

The slowest service compared to all seafood restaurants, plus I am here in a week day 25-04-16 After all that they brought without the garlic butter. I dont remember visiting a red lobster with out serving a garlic butter sauce

The staff were friendly. We ordered 1 ultimate feast and a NY strip w/ lobster tail. The ultimate feast consisted of fried shrimp, which were good, an overcooked lobster tail, and freezer burned & overcooked snow crab. The NY strip had been frozen and the lobster tail was not fresh and was overcooked. It was disappointing. What happened RL? At one point in time, "Fresh" actually meant fresh. Are the lobsters on display kept as pets? Truly disappointing. Had it not been for the cheese biscuits, I would have given a single star. Given the price and quality of the food, we wont be returning to any Red Lobster restaurant anytime soon.

При достойных ценах чудесные порции блюд и коктейлей. Да, нет алкоголя, но это вполне обычно для ОАЭ. Вкусные супы и мясо. Коктейль объемом,наверно, около 0,5л. Пришлось попросить дополнительных салфеток и слегка заждались ждать расчёта - в остальном замечательно.
