My family and I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. It was my sisters birthday and we decided to have lunch at Emirates Sea after hearing great reviews about it. When we got there, we (6 of us) were made to wait for almost 45 mins while others who entered after us (families of 4 - 6) were seated within 5 - 10 mins. When asked why, we were told that they were regular customers and that Indians were not allowed to sit in one of the sections of the restaurant. The man then continued to argue with my brother when he was questioned about his attitude. He was rude and obnoxious and then, with disgust, offered us a place to sit. Of course, we declined and left immediately. How could we eat at a place filled with so much hate? This is the first time we experienced such horrible treatment anywhere in Dubai. If you have such a racist policy, I doubt you should be serving anyone at all. You guys should have placed a notice outside your restaurant stating "Regular customers preferred. Indians will have to wait." My family and friends have agreed to never go back there again. Its a pity that in this day and age, we still have bigoted people living amongst us. Shame on you!
