Kamat is a multi cuisine restaurant. They have all sorts of food and in some cases a mix of those foods. I have mainly eaten the Dosas. Im actually a fan of them as they give a good variety on the standard dosas you get from any south indian restaurant. The restaurant feels a bit messy and the waiters seem to be running around a lot and not paying attention to anyone. A bit disappointing as they could definitely improve the service. The dosas have a nice variety, but on average they turn out quite soggy. So if you like a crispy dosa then Kamat is not the place.

I go there with my family almost twice a month. They have vast menu (North Indian, South Indian, Chaats, Chinese etc), food is yummy, place is clean and hygienic, very friendly staff and quite reasonable compare to other Indian restaurants. My recommendation is chinese bhel, paav bhaji, falooda and masala papad.
