    Its a spacious lounge-bar with good service. Their happy hour deals are good. The snacks are very expensive as can be expected at DIFC but its not worth the price. Expect to pay AED 90 for shawerma. Its good place for a few drinks after work!

    The food was great and the drinks as well. It was a busy night but the waiters were very helpfull and nice to us. At the end of the night one of the glasses broke down and not only no one asked my friend if she was ok, but they didnt even offer a refill or another drink.

    The waiter was so good but I asked them to surprised two of my friends for their birthday and I told them about everything face to face,but I shocked when two of the waiters came to our table and they turn on the candles in front of my friends and they didnt sing for them ... it was very embarrassed

    If youre looking for a casual after-work drinks spot, Caramel is it. They do a happy hour and have plenty of seating both indoor and outdoors. Ive also been here for lunch, but wasnt too impressed with the food.

    Loved the dark wood and the background music. Food is great and the outdoors area is vey causy. Great for catch ups and quite dates.

    The service is extremely bad and the food is blastic except for the steak it was good. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone at all!!!

    The food is amazing especially the Dynamite Shrimps. A bit expensive but at least you get excellent food and good service.

    Not even close to good! Prices are way overrated compared to food, drinks, & service... AC is very bad that theyre using fans!!! Smoking area is very limited... I gave the 1 star just because there is no ZERO!

    Honestly i found the appetisers pretty good, business crowd in the morning... Less appealing crowd at night. Try the fish taco

    Ok for a couple but its gone down hill over the years! Some of the prices are just not justifiable .. But its nice for a warm up on DIFC! Tip: dont stay too long.. Go to Zuma or Robertos after!

    Caramel its a high end and very nice restaurant but there is a big problem we visited the restaurant for dinner and food was incredible and the desert out of this world,BUT there was a women playing saxophone on the Djs songs its a beautiful touch but she was playing it so loud and the sound from speakers was so loud that we had practically shout to each other in order to talk I hope they fix this big problem.
