Excellent care given to guests, friendly helpful staff. Not the most fun for kids as nothing to do except the 1 pool which the kids used. Food is pricey so we shopped at the spinney supermarket within the cluster and ordered food. Rooms were very comfy, I had a nice spacious room and I upgraded my moms room to a suite and both were big rooms. Though the hotel is away from the action, they do provide a shuttle that goes to the main malls and the beach.

Great place to stay. I have stayed two nights in the paradise its nice place people are so cooperative. I have amused my stay really and amused every minute in the vacation. Check in / check out is super fast. The breakfast is so delicious and the staff is so hospitable.

If your gonna come to Dubai dont come here trust me on it me and my family got the worst experience here, we had a faulty freezer and a faulty dishwasher, we reported this several times but they kept breaking and when we went out to dinner we came back to see the front of our room flooded when we went in I saw that the water pipe broke and the floor was flooded, my sisters laptop charger was damaged and may laptop charger may or may not be broken. The internet was also very unreliable and the TV was acting up because when you turn it on it turns back off and when you turn it off it turns back on which I find rather odd. And the showers, their design does not make any sense because when you shower it is impossible not to get water on the floor, their is a piece of glass but it only covers less than half of the bath and you cant put curtains up cause there is nothing to hang it on so when you take your shower you will always get the floor wet and their isnt that much hot water to use so the water is mostly Lukewarm

Dear Mr. John Clifton, General Manager First of all, I want to start off by saying this could not be the same kind man that my husband and I spoke with at your hotel and you and Lester were so sincere, compassionate and felt so bad about what happened to us that you offered us a free stay at your hotel the next time, IF we chose to return, you even had a conversation and story about your wife and other family members. Second of all, you need to get your facts straight, how dare you say I never contacted the authorities/ police. I did indeed contact Dubai police, they came up into our room and wrote a police report, so you need to follow up with your security team because apparently there is also a lack of communication, in fact your security told us to not call the police, because they said that they would handle it, but I did anyway, I guess it was their way of sweeping it under the rug and not letting it get out. The police was in our room and they took and wrote a report about our stolen merchandise. Its bad enough that we had things stolen from us, and that your housekeeping went through our suitcase, while we were on our excursions, and we didnt find out other items were missing until we got home and unpacked, your housekeeping knew that we were going to be gone all day, it feels worse that the people that supposed to be making us feel so welcome made us look like complete fools, because of the comment that you wrote back to me, my husband and I feel so disrespected. My question to you and your security staff, how could my husband and I prove that our merchandise was stolen when they are no cameras in the room so its our against your housekeeping. Also, I know that you have a reputation, and you want to protect your fine hotel and you dont want others to come there thinking that their things are not safe, and I believe thats all that you guys really cared about. Well Im putting it out there again, they are thieves in your hotel, even though you can see who came in our room, you nor I could not see what they did while they were in our room. So in other words its our word against your staff and housekeeping, and you made it very clear to us that youre more interesting in protecting your staff and hotel image, then your guests. Maybe it would take another guest to come and say that they had something stolen to convince you. Last but not least it wasnt the merchandise that was the issue it was the principle of the matter, our privacy was invaded. It was very very personal. Even though yall had a safe for us to use, my husband did not put his ring in there, which we usually do, but it still did not give the right for your housekeeping to take our things. I think anyone who travels and take their valuables with them, in any point that they might leave them out by mistake, you still want to have some type of trust with the hotel and the people that are coming in your room to clean. I thought Dubai was a safe and strict place, I feel that we were taken advantage of because we were from the USA, and that we were African American, but anyway it just taught us a lesson, have a good life, and be blessed, and dont worry Im done you dont have to worry about us returning. We will never ever come to your hotel again, nor recommend it to anyone, and not so much because of the thievery, its because you showed me two sides of you. (Bonnington is a nice hotel people but remember to lock your things away, because they are thieves there, and management wont take up for you because theyre going to take up for thier housekeeping)! The hotel located in Jumeira Lakes Tower, cluster J, easy access to the hotel with free verified valet parking, i was there on a one night business stay, my meeting was on The address Marina, but i chose to stay at bonnington which is around 10 minutes drive away to avoid all the crowd and traffic in the marina, The room size was decent the interior was nice & Cozy, the washroom has a shower, Bath, 2 sinks & WC, what i loved the most is the small interior details used which gives the hotel a unique theme, The room is smart automated through a small device next to the best which allows you to control the AC * Lights. Highly recommended.

our personal things were lost in the hotel , obviously and no way to doubt there are thieves in the hotel . We had bad experience in what is supposed to be 5 stars hotel , we refused to stay at the hotel after the theft and we were treated badly by the deputy manager and he rushed us out of our room . He dealt us with the most unprofessional way , rude , unhelpful . First time in my life I experience such an event . That show that it really very bad hotel managed by some rude unprofessional people who ruined our experience in Dubai . We are disappointed , frustrated , totally angry . Think twice and 1000 times before you book in this hotel . Add to that dirty spots on the furniture and weird smell coming from the AC , no value for the money in what is supposed to be 5 star hotel , many rude , unprofessional , impolite employees . Staying their was a nightmare .

Liked this hotel a lot. Very affordable, great rooms and comfortable beds. Not too easy to find Without directions. But close to the Marina. Good gym. Friendly staff: as it was Christmas, they gave each guest a little present. Pool was a bit cold in winter. A small store is close by, for breakfast or a healthy snack.

One of best 5 stars choice in JLT. Nicely modern decorated in high rise with good view of lake and other towers. Large rooms with good shower and bath tube separately. Dont have too many staffs like other 5 stars hotels in dubai, but those are friendly and productive. It has NBAD ATM at lobby. There is valet parking and if you want to use metro just 5 min walking. Not many resturant at hotel (Cavandish) you may find many resturant nearby and around lake!

Look nowhere else! This is The Hotel! Good location - 5 minutes walk from the subway station, great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around. The staff is more than friendly. We have chosen the club lounge offer and it was worth every dirham :) Access to the swimming pool on the 11th floor (there is kids area as well), the business lounge and even a free transfer to the airport was more than we expected! Rooms were big enough, with both shower and bath tube, lots of accessories needed for your stay. And the best part of all was the breakfast - one of the biggest, richest and most tasteful we had. Everything was great!

Not 5 star - the Superior rooms were quite small (i.e. storing a large suitcase upright would block access to parts of the room) and the most frustrating thing was a strong damp/humidity smell in the room and when we complained we werent even offered a chance of looking at another room to determine whether only our room had a problem - air freshener didnt help. The hotel, quite simply, needs quite of refurbishment in the rooms.

I stayed here for 10 days while working in Dubai and the Hotel met my expectations. What I liked about it: 1. The location was ideal for Jebel Ali & the Metro is easily within walking distance 2. There were decent facilities in the JLT area (Restaurants, shops etc) 3. Free, but not too speedy, WiFi 4. Decent bedroom & bathroom 5. It was nice to have a pool, even if it isnt too large (being limited by the size of the building) 6. The staff were helpful (notably those in the pool area) The cost was rather more than the hotels I have visited in previous years in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, but i guess that is inflation for you!

2015年10月19号，我和夫人来到这里，这里有非常友好的员工提供招待。他们竭尽全力为你服务。酒店的游泳池超级棒，视野很好。我们要了两次客房服务，一点也不失望。我们点了一份晚餐，20分钟之内就送达了，摆放的很精致并且很新鲜。酒店离迪拜码头和地铁站都很近。当我住在这的时候都是使用的出租车，因为非常便宜。
