We went there on Saturday morning, it was very crowded and we had to wait for 30 mins to get our table. The breakfast is served till 12:30pm only. Nice ambiance with real Arabic flavors specially in the cold climate of February with some light rains. The Egyptian Breakfast was the best, also the Special Breakfast was good as well, however I liked the Egyptian version. The Tea and Turkish Coffee were great. Overall it was very nice experience for a traditional Arabic breakfast in wonderful climate with reasonable prices. Very recommended place to escape from the crowded city and go back to the roots.

The place is not what it seems in the pictures! There is no air conditioner and it is very hot. The service is nice but it seems that the employees do not know what they are doing. I recommend the place for people who wants to take pictures because there is a good history in the area around it!

Great dishes and typical Arabian restaurant. Good food and reasonably priced. We went for lunch after visiting the Dubai museum, only 600m from the restaurant. Can be crowded at times as it seems to be a popular place.

This venue for drinks and/or eating is a must for visitors to the area. The ambiance, tranquility and authenticity of this establishment well balances the somewhat pricey menu. We can unreservedly recommend the Moroccan Iced Tea with Mint served in a transparent teapot with a straw which, in this idyllic small high walled courtyard, is a most welcome refuge from the bustle and heat of the outside. A true oasis where both tourists and local people relax in this small area under the canopy of a large sun shielding tree. A true Arabian gem!

Relax backyard garden to have an afternoon tea after walked around. We were there around 3 pm so it was not busy at all. Friendly staffs and price was ok. We had date cake, luagimat and black tea with milk and cardamom. Wonderful!

The décor is very nice and it is very relaxing. The food and the drinks however are medicore at best and the presentation of the food is bad. Service is also poor as it was slow (15 minutes for a bottle of water) and the food didnt come together.

مكان رائع و تراثي في منطقة دبي القديمة و جلسة خارجية جميلة حيث يوفر المطعم وجبات افطار محلية و عربية و ايضا غداء و عشاء .. للاستمتاع اكثر يمكنك اخذ التاكسي المائي او العبرة من جهة ديرة( محطة السبخة مثلا) و تنزل لأقرب محطة وهي محطة سوق دبي القديم و تمشي تقريبا ١٠ د للوصول الى المطعم
