Could have been better for the hype and price. In the room I stayed, the air-conditioning could not be controlled and it was uncomfortably cold. Condensate was even dripping from the ac vent. Very few items from Indian cuisine were available in the restaurant. Internet through free wifi was not reliable with bandwidth dropping down now and then. The fact that it is quite far from the city is one major drawback. Maybe better suited for a vacation. Not good for a business stay.

Absolutely stunning. Beach lovely, well it was until hundreds of kids turned up. Wasnt very quiet after that!!!!! Travel agent assured us that it was a quiet hotel. Excellent food, in fact, too much!!!! Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. We tipped the beach/pool guy everyday and each morning was greeted with a huge smile, sunbeds, drinks and umbrella in place. Just what you need when having a hard day laying in the sun. Only downside, a good 45 minutes from the airport and downtown Dubai city. Would definitely go again .

We stayed at this lovely resort for only 2 nights and 3 days as we did not know about the policy and were not told before as the booking was done through tour operator, on arrival we inquired about all inclusive package and were told that according to hotel policy they would not do as we are only staying for 2 nights and normally people have to stay for 3 nights then you can have all inclusive. Also they said they dont allow food from outside to be delivered to our hotel rooms. All the food has to be purchased from the hotel. Which I believe is wrong. As we were stuck here and obviously we had no choice but to eat in the hotel and that was very expensive. The second evening we took the shuttle bus and had food from the emirates mall. We asked for extension for 1 room till 6 pm and were told it will cost 400dhs. Which I believe is lot of money. Lastly this hotel does not have courtesy bus to the airport because of the distance and people have no choice but order dubai taxi for taking them to the airport which costs again a lot of money . I believe that courtesy bus should be provided as a lot of hotels on jumeriah beach do that and also in town there are courtesy buses to the airport.

Went there with my family for a day at the beach. Paid 250 AED each for a day ticket which includes also 100 AED for food. The place is beautiful, relaxing, clean and the service is great. The 100 AED voucher for food was enough for a meal. After we finished swimming, took a shower and then sat in a cafe for some hot drinks and a shisha. Amazing day and I would totally recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing day out in Dubai.

Booked a massage session for my pregnant wife and it was wonderful. The location of the resort brings you away from all the noise of the city secluding you in a peaceful resort environment. The spa in itself showed me absolutely great service. I had booked a treatment for my wife and yet as I waited for her with my daughter, we were treated just great. We were taken to a "Relaxation" room as we waited for my wifes treatment to be over and we were given fruits and tea as we waited. It was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend this spa to absolutely anyone any day. Please give it a try.

Really good value for your money, the hotel is only a 4 star hotel, but the surroundings are fantastic. You may need a rental because it is 5-25 km from landmarks.

Never stayed in the hotel itself but I can vouch for the quality of their food and facilities. I moonlight on a race company that setups triathlons here and be it the bike, run, or swim course, everything can be managed accordingly. The food for the breakfast buffet after the race is quite good and to my amazement on the first time I had one, there was pork sausage and ham on the menu! Theres also a gaming room for kids, I should know, thats where I sleep. So if you are into staying at hotels with lots of facilities, then definitely give this place a go.

We spend some time in Watercooled water sports spots inside the hotel. These guys rock!!! Very friendly, supportive and not extremely expensive, some discounts for cabin crews or pilots are available. Rented a nice old boat to sail and with the support of the staff was easy to start.

The staff work tirelessly, they are always attentive and make you feel that they are there solely for you. The food is without doubt the very highest standard. I can highly recommend the Italian, the tendeloin steak is fantastic. The rooms are very well laid out and the housekeeping staff are very good. The jazz bar upstairs is a lovely place to drink one of the best gin and tonics ever. I can thouroghly recommend this hotel resort.

We bought the beach access (250 aed including 100 aed food voucher) for a day. The resort is located after Jebel Ali on the road to Abu Dhabi. On the plus side the resort has some beautiful landscaping with animals freely roaming. The prices in the restaurants are fair and slightly lower than hotels in other areas of Dubai. However the beach does not offer anything better that any other beach in Dubai, and the view of the sea is partially blocked both by the unfinished Palm and the cargo terminal.

Very good experience at this hotel. Good service, plenty of activities to do, restaurants are good. We went off season so pools and beach were not crowded. They also offer nursery and babysitter so that is also very handy.

This years end of november holiday in JA Beach Hotel was perfect and better than expected. The sunny days with temperatures of 28-30 degreesC have been topped by perfect services in the hotel, the beach area, the golf club of the hotel and the hotels transportations to the shopping malls. The daily perfect dishes at the buffet have lead to very pleasant dinners, with perfect service and a very nice atmosphere.The nice room and balcony have been appreciated as well. The perfect beach and the near palm garden allowed very pleasant swimming and relaxation. Thank you for this perfect hospitality.

Just spent a week at this resort and having stayed at quite a few All -Inclusives my expectations were high . The food is 5 star best I have ever had ,4 restaurants to chose from and they are all high standard . Yes its a bit more expensive than the Euro resorts but I have never had this quality in those. Worth a special mention is Seeadah on the front desk ,very helpful and full of information for our holiday, Godwin the Senior ? Waiter in the boat restaurant ,Davas? So attentive and great recommendations on the fantastic sea food selection ,Lea our attentive room service always a smile and good at her job kept our room 904 spotless. Only one failing the entertainment , The 7 floor was ok but on our last night they called in Corrine Family Band ,wish they had been they every night it would have defiantly changed my opinion of the entertainment .I asked why we had not seen them before but were just a stand in ,think I think they should be regular ,they made our night and every one in the bar was enjoying the music they played ,and because they were enjoying it they didnt take a break like the other band did ,(quite a lot of breaks in fact )

Ein sehr tolles Hotel! Super nette und hilfsbereite Angestellte, toller Service, schöne Zimmer. Das Essen ist wunderbar, es hat für jeden Geschmack etwas. Alle Anliegen und allfällige Probleme wurden im Handumdrehen erledigt. Wir wurden bezüglich Infos der Abreise oder sonstigen Infos per Brief im Zimmer auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Das W-LAN ist gratis und in der ganzen Hotelanlage hat man guten Empfang, sogar am Strand;) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Великолепный сервис. Хороший номерной фонд. Территория утопает в зелени, по пляжу ходят павлины. Бесплатный WiFi на всей территории отеля. Все светло и чисто. Из отрицательных моментов можно лишь назвать илистое дно на пляже с кучей водорослей, которые ощущаются как полиэтиленовые пакеты на ногах, удаленность от города, хотя это не является проблемой, так как ежедневно ходят бесплатные автобусы до торговых центров и обратно, и не очень живописные виды на пляже на замороженную стройку пальмы и огромный порт/нефтезавод справа, хоть они и не доставляют проблемм в плане экологии.

Na verdade o único ponto negativo deste hotel são os cerca de 40 km do Centro Financeiro onde estão o Dubai Mall e o Burj Al Arab, mas com uma excelente rodovia de seis pistas tudo fica mais fácil. Parte do hotel lembra um Hotel Fazenda com cavalos, pavões por todos os lados, veados, pássaros, e muito verde. As áreas de piscinas e de praia são espetaculares. Há uma marina, esportes aquáticos, um parque flutuante sobre o mar. Há passeios de hidroavião, de camelo. O mar é tranquilo e de águas mornas. O atendimento é impecável. Possui bons restaurantes com destaque para o aconchegante restaurante italiano Lá Traviata. O lobby do hotel é muito bonito. Se procura tranquilidade, com sons pássaros, muito verde, este é o lugar ideal. Ideal também para famílias com crianças. Oferece opção de Day Pass por AED 180.

فندق رائع لمحبى الإستجمام يمكنك هناك ممارسة عدة أنشطة ترفيهية مثل - نادى الفروسية ان كنت من عشاق الخيل - الطيران فوق دبى بواسطة الطائره البحريه هناك - نادى رياضى على أعلى مستوى - مساحات خضراء وملاعب جولف - فريق عمل أكثر من رائع - نشاط ركوب اليخوت والألعاب المائيه كما يمكنك مداعبة طيور الطاووس الجميله المنتشره هناك بكل مكان ويؤخذ على المكان ما يلى - غرف ضيقه نسبيا واساس كلاسكى قديم نوعا لا يتناسب مع عصرية دبى . - أكلت فى مطعم ابن ماجد الخاص بالفندق ولم يعجبنى ابدا طعام الشيف فهو لا يستخدم التوابل بشكل جيد ولم أستمتع بنكهات الطعام فى هذا المطعم .

My experience is so bad about the services. First no water in the room I have to tell them to bring the water, Second no blankets for extra bed I have to tell them to make it available, third no fork and spoons when order food in the room I have to tell them to bring it. حجزت لمدة يومين. أولا لا توجد مياه في الغرفه يجب أن تتصل وتطلب . ثانيا لا توجد بطانيات مع السرير الإضافي يجب الاتصال والطلب ثالثا لا توجد ملاعق ولا شوكة عند طلب الطعام في الغرفه.

Место прекрасное, но расположение очень неудачное - добраться куда-либо в город можно только на такси. Рядом кроме самого отеля есть практически только картинг и стрелковый клуб. Номер для 5* отеля явно маловат по площади. Очень понравилось, что на территории отеля свободно гуляют павлины, и есть живой уголок, где есть верблюды, козы, кролики и пр. Есть конюшня с пони, но воспользоваться не удалось, т.к. были только один день. Персонал любезный и готов помочь, в том числе есть рускоговорящие сотрудники. У остальных достаточно приличный английский.
