Djordje PetrovicAvoid at all cost and save yourself money and nerves. We have been renting from this agency for five years, and have seen the stunts they were trying to pull. I am sorry to say, but the people I came in contact there, were simply unpleasant, unhelpful, uncooperative and unprofessional bunch, trying to bully and take advantage of the uninformed. Do not trust them. Beware the illegal and exuberant charges for their (non existent, we had to go ourselves and wait in their office for contract renewal) services, pay attention to their agents who may not be RERA licensed, constant attempts of raising the rent above the legal limit, eviction attempts for no legally justified reasons, lack of support of any kind for major maintenance and getting scammed out of your security deposit. It is worth noting that they have a maintenance company, and you have a choice of having them rip you off with shoddy service, or not getting any money back if you do it yourself, since they will dispute the amounts. Example - water heater failed, and after a week of our attempts to get them, or the landlord reply, and send someone to fix it, we got several quotes and got it replaced by the cheapest. Then on the renewal, they said they will not pay for because it was expensive and they could have done it cheaper. Heed this advice and look elsewhere for people to help you find a home here.

GAURAV AGARWALAVOID, AVOID, AVOID Do not let this estate agent scam you out of your deposit money. I unfortunately rented a property from these thieves for one year in Discovery Garden Building 92, Flat 108 (Studio).They took all cheques in advance and handed me over the contract copy after two weeks "because the landlord is in Pakistan". I cant apply for internet connection or gas connection until I have original signed contract copy from Landlord. They never handed me over the original contract copy and I had to struggle to get my internet connection with scan copy. When you rent property in Discovery Garden, Nakheel gives you two access card/key to enter the building for tenants but the real state agency only gave me one key and always ignored me. After I moved inside the property I had to call the maintenance team to fix the leakage on the roof and kitchen furniture for which the agency deducted from my deposit. The landlord based in Pakistan was professional when I called him but was very rude when I approached her to get my deposit back which he delayed for two months.They will put every cost and maintenance of apartment with double charges in your deposit money. The best excuse they have is your deposit is with Landlord and he is based in Pakistan so we cant help. I have registered complaint against the landlord and real state agency with ejari.
