Jack MathewOne of the worst developers in Dubai , Very late handovers ( years ) read the contract carefully before buying, basically If they dont handover and have only one worker with a hammer working theyre good , and will pay a fee of 2% after handover which might be after 10 years who knows, bad sales manager who told me once if you open a case in court you will not be able to sell or rent your unit and will take years ( living legends)
