Furhan AhmedTravelled from the UK to purchase a studio apartment in May 2015 through texture holdings, A reservation form was given to me upon deposit payment as proof of purchase. Few months later work was supposed to start, that was in June 2015, Was in dubai recently and as of now its a empty piece of land. I was lucky enough not to invest a big amount however others have not got away so lightly. Please refrain was investing in this project. The company is not professional at all and does not know how to do business. Whenever you ask them they say mobilize work is in progress, Been over 7 months and still no activity so please save your money and avoid getting mugged. Best Wishes Furhan

Texture Holding was the first developer to introduce the affordable housing in the year 2013 for Al Khail Heights. Now other developers are following the same trend to suit and launch more affordable units into the market. Nshama, a real estate developer, has already started selling apartments for Dh349,988 in its Town Square project near Al Barsha. Texture Holding has become the trend setter for affordable price range and something that the market has been seeking.

om millsCant believe these cowboys have created a google page... what a joke, like their business. Aristocrat (the developer) behind Royal Estates are a fraud. Do not under any circumstances even consider getting involved with them. They are a sock manufacturing business in Sharjah, historically, they have no ties or links to any real estate development, ever, they just jumped on the 2004-2006 property boom in Dubai and became a developer, stealing money from people with absolutely no intention of ever building anything. Then they got caught out, many investors have successfully won legal cases against them, but they claim they have no money to pay them back (ie. they spent it on nice new cars and houses back in Leicester, UK, where the business has ties). They are now claiming to be in a partnership with other failed developers and are seeking to form some kind of Ponzi scheme to pay off original investors with credit notes, for units that will never be delivered. Sums Dubai up.

Scott DubaiAll talk and no action, this development company has stolen millions of Dirham from investors and given them false hope and lies. The company has told the investors that they will finish developing the project by 2017, yet all that they have to show as of today is a desert that is covered up by a billboard of Shahrukh Khan. The company have wasted $2 million (of investors money) to pay Shahrukh Khan to become the brand ambassador, all to have his face masking the lack of progress in the project that so many have been promised and invested in, with no return. This company have broken the trust of so many, using their money to market the development, only to lure more innocent, good-willing investors around the world. Do not involve yourself with this company, they are cheats, frauds and no one should give their money away to these unprofessional sharks. Royal Estate has already cheated investors from 2007 and did not build any thing. You can see RERA progress report only 9% work done since 2007. By the time if the developer do any thing you will be 99 years old.
