Secondly he goes beyond his was to engage his colleagues if he himself cant solve the issue at hand or show a certain location. He is trustworthy and calm, never gives you that "broker speech" and we are very happy with his level of engagement to make us feel safe. Something we havent experienced with his colleagues.

Our experience with Fäm needs to be described as our experience with Alex. Alex makes all the difference and make it a positive experience to be shared. Along the process, his commitment, respect for the client (Tenant and Landlord), presence and respect for our contacts when needed were amazing. When we had some "communication" issues with the company, he was the one to solve it in a effective way. Unfortunately he was on vacations when we had to close the deal but he started the process showing us the villa and finished it. I would like to tell about my experience with Fäm Properties and especially their agent RAMI WAHOUD. I would say Fäm is a good organization and dealing with Rami makes it an excellent one. Been in Dubais real estate business since 2005, having more than 20 properties. Used to deal with several agents over years having a whole spectrum of results and emotions. Met Rami on 2013 (actually he found me) and never considered to change the agent ever since. He sold my 4 (out of 6) villas and arranged rentals before the sale, managing rental issues for 20 offices I own. He has earned my trust and respect for his approach, knowledge, attitude and professionalism which are by far beyond what I ever expected from the real estate agent. I have issued power of attorney for all my properties on his name in order to simplify and ease sale/rental issues as I live abroad for most of the time and settling of everything requires presence in Dubai. Hes backing me up in many ways in solving so very different problems I experienced (mobile telephone document re-registering, payments on my behalf from personal funds in urgent cases or problems with internet banking, arranging letters of vacancy, different personal requests to be solved on my behalf, etc.) not related to real estate issues. Its a huge help he provides to me. Hes so busy with many deals (the telephone is ringing very often, happened to see he was having 3-4 telephone calls same time simultaneously each of different problem in different stage in sales/rental process and never seen him upset or lost in such stressful situations), but always very fast and responsive. Always very concentrated. Hes very smart, intelligent, motivated, polite, smiling and well dressed. His perfect English and Arabic is so much helpful in every situation in this business in Dubai. Hes available almost any time regardless whether its business hours or leisure time, working days or holidays. If he worked for APPLE Corp., I have no doubts he would be one of their best salesmen. The way he manages new technologies deserves admiration. He is settling everything over the smartphone and with a back-up of the strong support from the Fam office its the best combination any customer can dream of. When we meet I always get some useful tips of iPhone or Dubais e services use. I know hes very successful and theres no wonder to me. Its natural and well deserved for the young and ambitious businessman with the qualities like those above. Definitely recommend dealing with Rami.

Today is Eid 6th July 2016. Thanks to FAM I am writing this complain rather than spending my time with family and friends. What FAM advertise is mis leading and just to get you to call them to be told stories. I have rented a villa through FAM, the experience has been not the best. The worst since 1992. I have worked with many real estate companies but FAM is the most difficult to work with. This is the last time I deal with FAM.

Let me write a few words about my first and apparently last experience with this Company. I saw a nice add in the evening, i called at 21:00 but nobody was picking up the phone and no answering machine was taking messages. Next morning i called at 8 am and Kathrine picks up the phone, takes all my details and when i mentioned the ref. number of the property she told me no way!, there must be a forth digit, i explained to her that this is how it was in their internet site. Anyway, she told me that an agent was going to call me to arrange the viewing of the apartment. At 14:00 of the same day i call again explaining that nobody contacted me. Kathrine again told me dont worry sir an agent is going to call you, I asked her today? and she replied Of course today. After 2 more phones calls that i did nothing happened. To all who are reading this and especially the landlords that trust their properties to the hands of these people, let me tell you that nobody called me, i received a silly text message with the name of the person (agent) who would contacted me SOON and 36 hours later after this message arrived nobody has given me any call. It is a petty because it seemed at a first glance that they were not like the majority of the agencies... however that was not the case.

New to the UAE, I found Rami as a listed agent for The Villa Project where I eventually wanted to secure a residence. I contacted Rami and it was refreshing that his English is perfect and there were no communication barriers or misunderstandings from the beginning. In addition, Ramis Arabic is also on point which makes his dealing ability critical for this area. Rami immediately got to work on showing me several villas and when he got a better idea for what I needed for my family, he narrowed down our choices to ensure that we were not wasting time. Rami is a no nonsense guy that is committed to finding you what you are looking for. Relentless as we viewed villa after villa, we were able to close a deal on a great property in the Villa Project. Unfortunately, due to no fault of Rami or FAM, the landlord backed out of the deal at the last minute when my family was days from arrival in the country. This is where Rami truly won my respect as we didnt have time to lament the bad deal. Rami secured all of my fees back and within 48 hours, we had closed the deal on the same type of property in the Villa. This shows true commitment on his part and I have referred Rami to several friends that have also closed deals with Rami.
