The management is professional & the agent to whom i dealt was expert in his area of working. The assigned agent brought forward options matching with my specific requirement & thus i managed to make a quick decision.

Nassir Hamrour*** ALL BELOW 5 STARS COMMENTS ARE ROCKY REAL ESTATE STAFF **** Rocky real estate is the worst company ever... i never dealt with such kind of very low standard company in UAE before, I am wondering why authorities leave them without questioning... they are the worst no doubt its a real estate company that seeking profit out of the security deposit of their customers, no matter how clean is your apartment is, they will charge 350 for cleaning, even though i paid a 100 dhs to the watchman to clean it and it was in perfect condition when handed over. but still they charge me 350 for cleaning... plus the long time that they take to return the deposit the funny thing is... the only positive feedback you are going to find here is from their STAFF.. this will complete the picture about this company

Dejan Stojanovic6 months later, I still dont have my 10k aed deposit back. Villa was left in perfect condition. No records found (even though I paid with a personal Cheque). Rocky Real Estate LLC is by far the worst agency Ive ever dealt with.

justin jacobHey All, The apartments are good but the operator attending the calls is very rude and treat peoples as slaves. Not considering. The voice call will be posted on YouTube. Suggest be very careful when u deal with these kind of guys and they wont care u also.

Sarah Alta WentzelDishonest and will cheat you on every cent. I left a spotless and clean apartment after I made sure everything was perfect.. only to be charged AED900 for "painting and cleaning". When I questioned about this, there was no following up. Also they never fixed a rotten roof after asking to fix it. 9months later when I gave a notification that I am moving out, they kept sending maitanace that ring your door bell early morning as they now wanted to fix the roof... You want to avoid working with these dishonest people to save you money and stress.

Talal YousifWorst maintenance service ever. I moved in a new apartment the beginning of February and they gave me a damaged remote for the outside gate, it worked for 3 days then stopped. I filed complains and called countless times and sent countless emails but always met with carelessness and my problem is still not solved. I have read all the bad reviews here and I still made the mistake of renting with them. Dont make the same mistake I made.

Chandrasekaran KRocky real estate is one of the worst property management company in UAE. The tenants are treated like dirts in this company. Their revenue source is comission and renewal charges from tenants, but such revenue sources are treated very badly. If you want to complain, no manager will be ready to attend to your call or even ready to meet you. They may change any rule in the building without any logic and the only reply you will receive is it is management decision. If you every wanted to be treated badly, then you may think about dealing with rocky realestate.

Serhat AkgünNEVER EVER WORK WITH THIS AGENCY!!! I"M WARNING YOU!!! Ive issued a check for my rental payment but instead I went to their office and paid the amount in cash. They told me that theyll send the cheque back to me and I trusted them. But two days later they presented the cheque to bank!!! If I had enough balance on my account they were going to withdraw the money once again!!! The cheque was returned because of unsufficient balance and just because of this my credit score is negatively effected and I lost a personal loan!!! NEVER TRUST THEM, NEVER WORK WITH THEM! ONCE MY CONTRACT IS OVER I"LL IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THEM! FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY STAY AWAY!!!

So many people have left the building due to negligence and carelessness of the maintenance team. After all and after spending five years in the flat , they charged me for the painting and didnt pay back the deposit .
