Mazin OmarI came across this firm when I moved to work in Dubai 3 years ago and I must say that the staff were very helpful and professional. In fact, this is my 3rd time I used them and I have recommended them to my friends and colleagues who were also very impressed with them, especially Romaal who was extremely helpful. She took me through my tenancy contract and explained all the important clauses including the ones relating to small repairs and my duties as a tenant. In the future, I will always recommend Provident Estates because in my view they are the best around. Thank you guys at Provident Estates, you are amazing.

Karim EmamMy experience started with the first Property Manager in charge of my unit, Martin S Walters MARLA (Currently a Director at Thomas Homes Real Estate LLC) claiming that works would be done to the apartment, only to flee the country after receiving funds from the landlord. Every step of the hand-off process was a challenge, but I persevered. Afterwards management was handed off to Romaal (Rom) Patel who I initially sympathized with for the chaotic environment she stepped into. I reached a disagreement with Romaal in that If I were to be charged for additional works to be done to the apartment, I would be less willing to be as accommodating as I have been in facilitating the sale for the unit. I have went out of my way by leaving the door unlocked, ensuring the apartment presentable, and even taking pictures of the apartment and emailing them to potential buyers. It was at this point that Romaal threatened me and I quote, "if you want to play nasty little games with me Ill play nasty little games with you." Stating that if I were to make the viewing process difficult, shed falsely claim that I kicked and broke a door in, and later take it out of my security deposit. My Message to Landlords: When deciding which company to manage your unit, do not proceed with provident real estate.
