Mikhail IvanovAgent is eager to sign a contract with you as soon as possible but once contract is signed agent virtually disappears. He keeps saying hell do it "tomorrow" but its been 10 days and yet I still dont even have the original contract in hands. Ive signed a tenancy contract not knowing that landlord doesnt even have property rights transferred to him from a company which used to own apartment. When calling agency, manager there is too to discuss my case.

You will get only promises that job will be done tomorrow & tomorrow will never come. I m dealing with agent Mohib, was so pushy & desperate to get the money & extremely slow to do his job. Unproffessional.

Kirsten KohlerWorst possible service. The apartment was filthy when I moved in. After 5 weeks the satellite reception stopped working. Then the water heater started leaking. It took 2 months to replace it. Shortly after that, a sewage leak happened into the kitchen. Took 2 and half months to fix. Im out. Never use this company
