Kimia JoukarI wished i could give them 0 star but the option is not there. The worst customer service ever. We rent a 2 bedroom flat from them almost 4 months back( in the hotest weather if Dubai). From first day our bedrooms Ac had issue. We request so many times to come and repair the AC. I sweer technical their team came to fix it almot 20 times as i have all the reports. At the end they recognised that the AC has to be changed. Now its 4 months and still we dont have AC in bedrooms and we are sleeping in living room. Their customer service is so embaressing!!!!
