Kaspar HKWhat a joke! You call them about a property they have advertised. They take your details. Fair enough but then some receptionist calls you back and asks if you are still interested. When you say yes they keep you on hold for five minutes and then tell you that the agent isnt available! Ok fine but why call me in the first place! Now whats more annoying is the constant barage of text messages advertising everything else! They also sell your information onto other companies! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE HARASSED

Saskia VogtHorrible experience! Agents chasing us until they got their money and then..nothing! Silence! In the end they gave away the property we reserved and we had to start from the scratch! Waste of time! Luckily there are many other agents in the region..

Mick PAwful experience and terrible attitude from a direct manager of the agent we dealt with. Poor processes. A pretty horrible experience and a very rude accusational direct manager. Went to another real estate company who was able to find us a home without any of the stress that Better Homes put us through. Better Homes are definately not customer focused at all.
