79bejoyOne of the worst companies to deal with if you are a Tenant. They only care about the landlord. They handed over an apartment incomplete and when I returned the apartment they charged me for a problem that was due to poor building construction .Though the apartment was returned in a perfect condition they deducted my security deposit and took more than a month to return my deposit .I had a bad experience and will not suggest it to anyone

I found them to be swift, hard working and highly professional individuals. They did not mind working late hours and even on the weekend for me. Not only might it require much of your time, but the process can leave you feeling frustrated, disappointed, desperate, or even overwhelmed. I cant recommend enough Fine & Country, in particular Anais, the best agent I have ever dealt with. She has helped me secure a flat in an extremely good location at a very fair price. I found it an absolute pleasure dealing with her during the flat hunting process. She proved to be extremely efficient, competent and informative. She clearly understood my requirements, meeting my needs perfectly whilst being extremely professional when dealing with the landlord on my behalf. Unlike other agents, she ensured that both the landlord and I were fully informed of progress at all times. Anais is an extremely self motivated professional who represents the finest standard of the estate agency industry. I can wholeheartedly recommend her and Fine & Country without any hesitation.

David HuckinI met Aman on Thursday 22nd October as a walk in client, he showed me an apartment straight away and I arranged to return with my wife on the 24th to view again, we loved the apartment and made our offer which was promptly relayed by Aman to the landlord who accepted, the following week all paperwork was prepared and the level of service we received from Aman and Fine & Country was exceptional.. Everything was taken care of in just one week and 31st October we moved into our new home. I would highly recommend both Aman and Fine & Country for all your moving requirements. Not only do they fulfil their promise to find renters in a prompt and timely timeframe, but their ongoing service is way above expectations. We had a difficult situation with a tenant last year and the entire team, especially Maricris, Mia and Eduardo went out of their way to assist in achieving a solution. We are now concluding another rental contract and I am more than happy to recommend any owner to work with Fine & Country. The service offered is invaluable especially to owners like myself who do not live in Dubai, the teamwork in spot on and goes beyond what I would have realistically expected. Taher AlamiIm writing from my new apartment in Dubai Marina or as i see it the best deal of the year. I was looking for months for a 1 bedroom apartment in Marina, with 1.5 bathroom, furnished with good appliance and most important of all i wanted full view... with a budget 5 to 10k less than market price. Mission Impossible :) Thats where comes Fine § Country UAE, where Anais was helping me directly on Facebook message. She asked what i wanted, and right away she sent me images of what i was looking for. cerise sur le gateau 20k off market price, whaaaat !!! The morning i went for a visit with MOE, and signed on the afternoon all cheques and contracts. I was very happy with the professionalism of MOE and Anais and ive been recommending them since then. Give them a try. PS: Im not telling about my nightmares with the other dubizzle agents (apparment not available any more, writting full view while its partial view, giving them the cheque and they call you after saying its already rented or WOOORST landlord doesnt want to rent to your nationality. Goooooo to Fine § Country and ask for ANAIS or MOE you will avoid all that headache. good luck with your new apartment. Taher
