SalehIdama part of you?? congrats for having the worse facility management ever!!! worse facility management, they never fix anything, i just bought AC compressor and they install it and there was a major leaking it took them 15 days to fox the leaking and once they fix it my AC never cooled again and they told me i have to buy another compressor , and they keep on charging, I live in Remram, and staff and i moved in February and since then i have heater leakage and kitchen leakage took them one month - i moved to a hotel apartment because it was un suitable for human to live there, my furniture and kitchen appliance was all damaged, after that my AC broke, then AC leakage and they broke my AC again! and then electricity wires damage, and painting and fixing ceilling was so horrible i had to bring free lancer painter to paint it - when ever they bring someone to fix they will touch the walls with their dirty fingures and leave lot massive trash behind them and leave and they say will come back after two hours and they never come back and then i receive message from 800-link that my problem is solved! i really cant believe how miserable, extremity bad unprofessional idama is! starting from the ignorant careless management to the careless staff! who will not log my request or even let me finish my talk or they just show sarcasm and make fun of your issues! complain?? sent ton of emails compiling with pictures showing them how horrible their service is and they dont even reply, visit their office in Thamam 5, and say ok we noted your issue and we will send someone now, and no one comes or even say we received a request. Idamah, your are No. 1 in the worst service companies in the world, nothing can compare to your careless and ignorance! you charge a ton of money.. and for each time i raise a request and you do nothing.

Rob BlackTaziz has no control over JBR. There is no incident management, security arrangement are inadequate, website is non functional and I can go through their "big, fancy word statements" on website one by one tearing them apart. First thing Taziz tries to do is to shift blame and responsibility, thus, invalidating your concerns. In my experience, even police told them to put their house in order backing long list of my complaints. God forbid you ever to need Taziz- they fill fail you as they have failed me.
