Carole BeylierBig communication issues : my sons school never received the assessment documents (although I provided an alternate address which has never been used ) and the school refused to reimburse the application fee once it got too late for my son to take it ; and we never received a writing confirmation that my daughter was accepted, although she was (a call was given with a strong accent that lead to misunderstanding, and that was it.) Luckily other schools are doing a much better job with their communication, so well gladly move away from this one, that is such a wrong start!
