As the names suggests, this is a Central Post Office and despite being a very busy place, the service is extremely efficient, the counters are well organised and segregated according to service, and with a queuing system you need to wait for your turn to be served. The complex has ample parking, a great many number of post boxes for private and corporate customers, a photocopying service, travel agency, ATM, and the Emirates ID office at the far end.

I had complaint against one of your branch here in union square . My Emirates id came there. I been there to collect my id from there . I collect my token and waiting for my turn . When my turn came manager by him self giving Emirates ids to people I show my sms which I received to collect my Emirates id from there to him. He looked at me and said no I will not give your Emirates id I asked why ? He said baba dont ask questions from me once I said I will not give i will not give and same time he said to all of his staff if this guy will come dont give his Emirates id to him. Still I dont know the reason why he is not giving my Emirates id. If you really will read this of my comment about your staff please give me answer and take strict action against the staff. Because I listen if i will not collect my id on time I must process my id again . Which will be totally wrong why I should pay again. Please consider my request and take action against it. The post always sending on time . But !!!the service staff nose up to costumer and seating there play phone , tell me that he doesnt open the computer,!? come on ! why you seat there , ? ? I dont think sheikh Mohamed will use those useless people. Just give seat to the people who know how to work 02/02/2017.

Good service. It has free car parking and atm is also there inside premises. Went to collect package. You will have to pro ode your Emirates id to collect package.
