Mohamed El FekyI wanted to share a surprisingly bad experience I had with Pizza hut delivery in Dubai. I placed an order today at 4:03 pm and I was promised the order will arrive in 45 minutes which didnt happen. I made a follow up call at 4:55 and I was informed the delivery person has already left and order will arrive in 5-10 minutes which also didnt happen. I called again at 5:20 and I was put on hold by the person who answered without listening to my problem in a very impolite way. I cancelled the order and called customer service where I didnt get any proper response. I was told that well raise your complaint and thats it. Honestly I am very disappointed with this very low service level.

Namrata ManghnaniFood took approximately 15 minutes to arrive, which is a bit long for an individual meal. The Vegetarian Pan Pizza & Cheese Garlic Bread were warm, fresh & tasty though!
