Aliya MahdiWon a gift certificate for a massage and meal at the spa and restaurant and decided to book in (unfortunately during Ramadan so I couldnt avail of the meal. I booked and went in for my massage I did offer to pay more and upgrade the massage time but they said it wasnt allowed. They also told told me to come back another day to avail of the meal I asked if I could pass it on to my sister and they said they would let me know since there was no name on the certificate it shouldnt be an issue. No one bothered to call back and when I did call they put me on hold and checked with the manager who said it was not possible even though the voucher was nameless. Apart from the massage which is the only thing that earned them two stars I dont think I would ever go back or recommend this place as they are highly restrictive.

christopher KhalidI called their center to book an appointed for colon hydrotherapy as suggested by my GP at Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital. First the call was not received and again i tried luckily they received it. A operator named ARLENE received the call and i explained the need to have an appointment for colon hydrotherapy session. I clearly mentioned i need very good EXPERIENCED doctor, as i had chronic problems. but she seems to be having absolutely no idea/knowledge about Doctors in colon hydrotherapy department. she only knows a dr named asha jones who has less experience than a Doctor named Asha Rani. i got to know when i opened their website and read about the experience of the doctors. i called her again and cancelled the appointment . A vise advise to management, Kindly teach your telephone operators to first learn about Doctor, their field and experience working with them in center and then let them face patients.

Anmol BatriaI would like to highly recommend the services for the physiotherapy with Sandra Serrano and Elena Naranjo; both professionals, spanish nationalities, have a lot of knowledge about their speciality and because they are continuosly updating themselves they pretty much put in practice new tecniques. I visited yesterday the premises due to a huge back and neck pain and Sandra was able to treat me softly and in a gentle way, relieved my pain and shared with me a number of exercises I could do daily basis. Awesome treatment...I will definitely visit the clinic again due to the lovely ambience, peace and harmony and brilliant organic stuff.

RA NAVery poor reception/phone service. I tried calling eatwell many times but the phone gets abruptly cut or the person who is directed to hangs the phone. Needs improvement.

swaini3I went to do a blood test there and the results were low. I googled the results and it showed that these tests should be done in the morning. I did them in the evening. no one in the clinic advised me of this as they knew exactly what blood tests were needed. When I called them to clarify, they refused to repeat the tests. 1800 dirhams wasted. dont waste your time and money with them. the doctor could not even talk to me, she kept sending the nurse to explain. She even told me that I needed to book an appointment with the doctor to get an explanation. (so I can pay more obviously). Luckily, I went to another clinic and did the tests again in the morning and all showed fine.

Zulfiqar AliWe had a chance to visit Dubai Herbal and Treatment center yesterday. I can say our experience was really excellent. The staff in the Ayurveda Dept. treat the customer like their own family. My wife had such a nice time and she was praising the Therapist all the way home. Already have plans for the next visit.

Sanam MajidI have just left an hour after my appointment which was at 230 and have left without my consultation. I was made to wait without explanation for 50 minutes without an explanation but it turns out the 245 and the 315 were brought in before me and the doctor was getting calls for them whilst I was finally starting my consultation at 320. The customer contact person could not explain what had happened either. Terrible experience and a highly unprofessional and unhelpful attitude behind a slick looking operation.

Laila777 EhleHi :) My 2 friends and I spent a day in the center ... we had a facial , massage and more tips and tricks to stay healthy , young and beautiful :) We three had so much fun their, everybody were fantastic , friendly and helpful. Radhiyah F AdamThe centre may be good for other treatments for the Chinese treatments it is not good. The only good lady accupunturist has left. Dr Zhong is good. When Dr Sandy resigned, they could not give me an appointment with another lady for more than two weeks! when i asked for a refund, it took about three phonecalls and then they said they would deduct credit card charges!!! For a service they faited to provide even though i have paid in advance!!! and now they want me to wait for a week for the refund??????? Amazing isnt it? Also there were many long and tedious delays in appointments initially.....and the doctors would come in harassed and harried and in a hurry....stick in needles in a hurry and depart..only Dr Zhong seemed truly interested and caring of my mother attending to her patiently and competently.....

Tailor MartinTerrible - saw a doctor that had only been there 1 week - Dr Zhong, was misdiagnosed in the 2 minute consultation and then was charged AED 300 for it! When i tried to get a refund they messed me around for 3 days and were generally hopeless. Do not waste your time at this clinic! They are disorganized and hire Chinese Medicine doctors that DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Would not recommend to my worst enemy!
