Zardasht KamalUnfortunately I have to write a follow up review to my previous review month ago (below), after I shared my bad experience in this hospital which resulted in a huge deterioration in my health, I put below review then got response asking me to share my contact details assuming the hospital to call me at earliest (as they claimed) I shared my contact details the same day although they should already have it since I was visiting this hospital for about 9 months. while no one called me so far or asked what happened, i know they will nor do any thing as their priority is only the commercial part and their focus is business only. this additional disappointment is self explanatory about this hospital i wanted to share.

Zardasht BanaiI had a very bad experience, I went to this hospital for some Knee problems and a little pain in my back (only when I stand for long time), I can admit my knee got progress while my back got worse they put me under 6 months physiotherapy but the back pain were getting increasing then put me under extraction which resulted my neck also get hurt and now I have continues pains in both by back and neck, previously it was only my back and only when is stand for long time now its continues and very disappointed and dont know what to do, Im hesitant to go to other doctors concerned about repeating same experience.

Ahmed SamirI really appreciate Dr. Saids call. A very respectful doctor and he is responsible for all the clinics. He apologized on what Happened and he assured me that this misunderstanding wont happen again. High customer service level. below is the complaint I did. ((Lately not happy at all with their service at all. They are treating the patients as customers not patients. They dont care about you or your medical status! we took your money and thats it. although they know that my latest MRI was showing serious findings, they didnt care to call me or informing me and my current doctor traveled without informing the hospital that I have a serious case. Anyway, I saw his assistant and he explained me everything and he informed me that my doctor already know my case! he adviced me to do Vitamin D test. I did it. I called today to follow up and they simply sent me the report and 3 medicines to take! no body even cared to called me explaining to me what I have or these medicines are normal to take them with the medicines that I am already taking!! Really I am too upset from the hospital, doctors and they way they treating us.... worst experience ever.)))

Andrew VanGreat and very professional. I had a serious football injury and Dr. Harold successfully replced my ACL which was completely torn in addition to fixing the meniscus tear.Thanks to him, and very good Physiotherapist. I started playing few days back.
