meghan gedlingShocking customer service. Went to have passport photos taken but when I arrived shop assistant was on her phone, she finished her message and then stood up to serve me. The passport photos on display for Australia do not meet the required criteria and she insisted my hair be behind my ears which is not necessary. Prior to taking the photo I once again had to wait for her to finish with her phone. Whilst the photos were being printed the power went out and all I got was a "sorry madam no power". When I pushed she said it happens once a day and will be off for an hour! I never got my photos.

Jaswinder SinghServices is just satisfied but too much expensive. They try too looting the new people. Charges like to touch the sky. Compare to market prices too high rate. I will never ever will go to their shop in future.

SUD SVisited to get the photos for visa renewal. The selected snap wasnt asked to be approved (which is a normal practice at every studio I have ever been) and also the studio seemed a bit unprofessional with respect to light control and suggestions by the photographer for the correct expressions and shoulder position and tilt. The result was a very pale looking snap and slightly tilted. Hence just one star :-(
