Anna BayerAlthough our wedding photos were beautiful, its been 10 months since our wedding day and I have yet to receive an acceptable wedding trailer from Itsoura. Having carefully reviewed the work of numerous wedding photographers and videographers in Dubai, I settled on Itsoura because I really loved their work, especially their videography. The first trailer I received was nothing like what we had requested - it didnt have the song we wanted, it didnt have the important parts we requested for, and overall, the quality of the video was terrible - lots of blurry scenes, bad editing (too little saturation, like a white mask overlayed on it), some of the scenes looked like they had been filmed on a phone camera. I sent my feedback, and it 5 months to get the video redone - again, bad editing, some very odd scenes included, generally disappointing as a wedding video that sparked zero emotion in us and which we didnt feel like sharing with any family or friends. I approached the manager about, who assured me he would get a different editor to work on our video and -that was over 1 month ago. No response to emails, no call-backs, and definitely no video. Perhaps we werent paying as much as other couples, as we had a simple one day wedding, but its incredibly disappointing to be treated this way by one of the more well known wedding photography companies in Dubai. I shouldnt have to write out, point by point, the things that need to be included or changed in a wedding video. I would expect to receive the best, especially from experts in their field. If youre looking for videography for your wedding, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
