ABDULLA Al marriVery good pet shop, very clean compared to all the other places we had checked before we purchased the pets. My daughter bought 2 pug puppies last month and I had no problem with them. I recommend them for after sales service as well as they did a follow up with us to check if we had any problems with the pets. I fully support local businesses and I dont understand all these negative feedback they have been receiving my experience was very good.

Wulan DariI always came to this shop at least once a month for grooming my dog or shampoo. Ive no problem with theyre service so far, the shop is clean and the crew is ok for me. Until today, Im waiting my dog to finishing her hair brush. Yeah, I saw it. the sign say "No photography permitted" everywhere in the shop. But I just try to take my own dog photo being brush over there, then a lady (maybe the manager) come with unfriendly face say "u cant take photo" I tell her thats my own dog but she doesnt care about that. Well I try to understand that! But after that she took my dog photo and upload on the instagram(I saw on this shop instagram), I feel thiss UNFAIR! Youre the one must ask my permission before take my dog photo and upload it.

Koko KouNever again! Very rude staff and manager. We had an appointment for 2PM for dog grooming. They asked me to come back in one hour which I did, my dog was not ready at that time. I would not mind for a little delay but they finished my dog at 6:30 PM and I was keep going to the shop every hour as they asked me. The dog was extremely stressed including myself. The quality of grooming is very poor and not worth it even 1 penny. I tried to complain to the manager but without success as they simply dont care about the pets and customer. Overall a very poor experience and never again!

Dee SeeIt was one of the best petshops I have visited in Dubai, No smell and clean with good variety for my Labrador. I bought many treats and toys and the staff was very helpful. Will visit soon again.

Marwan AnsariI also agree with previous comments. This store is not customer friendly at all ! Customer service is actually below 1 star. The main person at dubai mall branch I think it was the store manager has no clue about customer service and doesnt even know the basics of communication. this store shows no support or customer service. They just want to sell the pets and are not honest when it comes to the info they give especially about the health situation of the pet. Such a bad experience! And a store not to be trusted. I dont recommend World of Pets at all.

K TAPerfect grooming service for our cats. Not only the most reasonable price but very polite and efficient staff and our cats always leave looking fantastic and smelling amaaaazing!

Dana ZebianI dont recommend World of Pets. I got a puppy 2 days back they assured me she was healthy and that she stayed 4 days under the supervision of the shops Vet. I ran it across DKC vet clinic in less than 24hrs from the time I bought her just for general checkup turned out she had warms in her ears and an intestinal disease that is "CONTAGIOUS TO HUMANS"!!! (Note I have a kid at home) The vet also assured me that the info in the passport was "BULLSHIT" since the puppy is 6 weeks old not 3 months and in such a young age its impossible to have had the vaccines that are indicated in her passport. When I approached World of Pets with the Vets health report for my puppy they handled it poorly, they said the vet said that just to get money and the virus was out of stress! This was my first puppy experience and it was dreadful and sad. So I highly dont recommend trusting this place. It doesnt practice what it claims on its website.

Trishna MalamThe kittens and puppies look very unhappy here, I dont think they are played with at all. I was there looking to purchase the only kitten they had (must have been about 4 months old obviously not selling) and asked if I could hold the kitten. The rude sales woman said no as its their dinner time. I asked what time is that exactly and she ignored me. I asked where their food was then and she ignored me again. There was only one other customer in the store who was buying two budgies. How are they ever going to sell anything with that attitude and not to forget their extortionate prices? Do not go to this store to buy your animals, go shelters or to private breeders of which you can find many via Instagram. I feel very sorry for the animals in their care as they look so sad as they are not interacted with by the staff.

Martina GomezTook my Persian kitten for haircut this morning was very clean. They did a nice cut and I was happy with service. The treat range was very good I also bought some litter which was very cheap.

Krishnatha AgarwaalOne of the cleanest pet stores I have been to in the UAE. I take my 2 shihtzu puppies every two months for grooming it is very good. The cut is perfect and they have good selection of toys and good raw hide bones for my pets. Im happy with the service.

Wellness FrequencyVery bad costumer service, they made a horrible mistake the last time I took my puppy for grooming, they gave me discount and when I actually took my puppy again they refused to give the discount. The manager had quite an attitude too. I would never recommend this place.

Chunlian ZhangNever go there again. I sent my cat to them for grooming, they are not allow me to see my cat, and I deeply doubt they injected my cat with something to make her quiet and the woman in the store is very bad. please never go there for the safety of your pets.

Alexa BalofinosJust now i go to your shop and im still confuse which pet to buy, after 5 minutes of looking for pets that pilipina lady whos in charge that time, tell us that the shop is already close and she just turn off the lights when were still inside. Is that what you call customer service we are really piss off that time. Exact time is 9:45pm . This is so embarassing, we are thingking are we look like a beggar or do i need to show my money to her to assist us. What a grrr..

Angie VillanuevaNot sure why my earlier review was not published. Was not happy with the service. Requested me to pay additional fee for matted hair on top of what i need to pay for full grooming. Advised me of a boarding fee if theres 15 or 30 minutes delay in picking up the cats. Not friendly receptionist, but other staff were okay. As we had objected we have not been charged extra. Overall, not satisfied due to poor customer service.
