Now in the hot Dubai summer it good advice for the professional groomer to shave the long hair especially around the neck to air the skin and let it breath... Just after one day I noticed how relieved the dog feels Its always good to listen to the professional... Unfortunately some, not so experiances dog or cat owner do not understand this... Im very happy with the serviced I received... Pet SPA Al Barsha will see me from now on regularly!

Madina MussinaBeen to the grooming service yesterday. Very upset. Our guys name is Jojo. He shaved my dogs neck. The middle of it got absolutely bold. And its now sore and itchy. We are now struggling -cant even walk the dog properly as cant put the harness or colar on the neck as its aching more. Will never use his services again. Very upset.

BroFurby 912Ill share the post results on my pet immediately shown after leaving Pet Spa. my parrot became depressed for the entire day, refused to eat, was not herself, and was sulking in dark corners after her grooming appointment there. Will never put her through that again.

Darius FernandesTook my dog there and she was very badly cut .had to take her to the doc.she also had some infection in her ears too..sadly they didnt ever borther calling and checking on my dog if she was doing fine inspite of me informing them what happened..horrible service..i told them that i would like to speak to the owner and to ask him to call as they would give me his no. and i havent heard from them at all.im hoping the owner reads this and calls coz i dont want anyone else dog to suffer like my dog did. .
