Mariana OrtegaHad really good experiences with them. Their store is far and secluded, but its awesome to browse and take your pet. If you order online, just make sure you prepay. The only problem I had with them was when I decided to pay an order in cash. The delivery guy and I kept missing each other, and he couldnt just leave my order at my door because it wasnt paid.

Then i am told by their customer service that it will be added to the next order and it is not added. I Will never re-use their services again.

One of the supervisors /managers is very rude and unprofessional and was complaining about his job and customers. I have been a customer for 5 years and they just dont care anymore. I suggest that there are many alternative places where customers can get their stuffs from and delivered to them on time and for a cheaper price.
