Marina JuddI have 8 years veterinary clinics visiting experience in Dubai and this clinic is one of the best so far. Very professional, friendly, efficient, animal loving staff. Dr.Walter diagnosed my cat correct straight away without unnecessary extra tests (I had very costly experiences in other clinics). Very highly recommend! Terri ChinThe front counter staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Had a poor experience with Dr Walter. He doesnt convey confidence and I doubted his prognosis which did not reflect what my dog was experiencing. Was charged in advance for weekly jabs which had no effect on my dog at all. Would never return to this vet.

V GiulianiTo all of you out there who love your pets, please do not take them to Pet Connection, specially Dr. Walter. I recently took my cat, who had been losing weight due to a kidney failure and was in bad shape and, even I do not doubt their diagnosis, the way the team treats animals is apalling. My cat has been through some stressful situations before and this was the first time I saw him salivating out of stress because the nurses were more than 15 minutes puting him upside down just for an injection. Then we asked Dr. Walter to give the cat something for the nausea and he suggested Omeprazol which is not entirely for nausea, as any doctor would know. We also requested them not to force the cat with the pills as he would vomit them but they just did it, the result being the cat throwing up not only the pills but the little food I had managed to feed him in the morning. I can not say whether some people in there was, in my opinion, more fit to drive than others , but lets just say that Dr. walter made us feel extremely unconfortable with his jokes about preparing the cremation for my cat and getting flowers...Dont get me wrong, I believe humour is good, but I think you need to be very careful when using this kind of black humour. I find it inadequate. All in all, we left with the feeling that he was more interested in playing videos in you tube and being silly with the nurses rather than helping our cat. As we were booked for the 10 following days for treatment and injections, I called the next day to complain and cancel my appointment. I requested to speak to Dr. Walter but he was not available at the moment and never called back and I also requested them to forward me the cats history as I was visiting another veterinary. I am still waiting after nearly a week and several phone calls; what this shows to me is how little they care about animals well being.
