biswadarshan mohantyWhat spoiled the visit was that we were asked to take our cat inside the grooming area despite another cat being in the washing section of the same room. This cat was screeching in distress. Thankfully, our cat is hearing impaired, so he was oblivious to the other cat whilst getting his hair clippered. But imagine the trauma if he could hear? I will never again take my cat back there for the staff lack empathy for the animals.

Anil MangalatGood staff and clean premises. The only reason Im giving a 3 and not a 4 is cos the grooming professional cut WAY TOO much hair of my long haired cat. She is feeling really insecure about it too!! This is really irritating as I relied on his judgement. I asked him several times and he said he understood that it was not to be too short!!! I dont think I will get her cut here again.
