hadi abu khuzamOne of the worst experiences you could have. Theyre unreliable and lazy, I called a few times anytime in the afternoon they just push you to the next day. Finally I managed to book an appointment and I call half an hour before to check if I can come a little earlier and there was no booking, the manager apparently left home and the guy said sorry theres no appointment then he put me on to the groomer who didnt understand that I had an appointment for like 15min then ended up screaming on the phone that its not his fault and he has 5 other pets in the store to groom. So this is the level of service you get in this horrendous place. Highly unrecommended! They didnt even bother to call back and say sorry we didnt register your booking or anything.

Imen SaafiThe worst experience for my kitten. I asked for pick up because i was super busy. I wanted to make a full grooming. They cut the hair very close to the skin wich make it injured . My kitten stayed 2 days without eating or moving. She was really heart even i bought medicine and creme for her. I dont advise to take ur pets there

Rimpu ShahI have used their mobile grooming service twice and they have done a wonderful job. They called prior to arrival and arrived at my home on time. The price was reasonable (cheaper than the big pet stores) and my dog looks like the little star he is ! I will recommend them to everyone ! They found a loyal customer in me !!!!!
