I cant even begin to say how amazing Petholicks is. These guys are a great example of how customer service should be. They really know their stuff. The sales guy i dealt with knew everything about all different breeds. The experience was magnificent. I had a great time purchasing our new puppy. Fantastic experience at Petholicks! I recently purchased a puppy for my son for his birthday from Petholicks. I was pleased with their customer service from the start. They presented me with multiple options to choose from, made sure we are completely satisfied with the puppy and the price. They were kind enough to follow up with us a few weeks later to ensure that my son loved his birthday present. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pet. UPDATE!!! SHOP HAS BEEN CLOSED DUE TO VIOLENCE AND BREACH OF REGULATIONS! SO WHOVER THOUGHT THE CUSTOMERS WERE LIARS, WELL HERE WE CAN SEE WHAT HAPPENS... NOT ONLY THIS SHOP HAS BEEN CLOSED BUT ALSO THE SECOND ONE IN THE SAME AREA ON THE VERY SAME DAY!!! LICENSE RENEWAL? HA! WOULD HAPPEN WITHOUT CANCELLING THE OPERATIONS OF A SHOP! Have been a guest in this country and visited this shop. In my country it would have been shut down on the spot. Not one healthy animal, an arrogant "rapper" kind of silly person sitting inside like a fat spider, watching his animals suffering in front of him. Disgusting! Deformed legs, red skins, unhealthy puppies everywhere, not even water and a bad shop keeper... nothing where someone should ever buy an animal! Adopt, dont shop!!!

After visiting a few pet stores in Dubai and having a disappointing experience, I walked into Petholicks not knowing what to expect but I was extremely delighted with my experience here. The experience began with finding the right puppy and matching our personalities, as this is crucial to ensure you have a life long companion. The staff are very knowledgeable about various breeds and took their time to make sure I was satisfied. I am truly an animal rights supporter and all the animals are well taken care of in a loving environment while waiting to find homes. I was fortutnante enough to find Oreo, a great Siberian Husky puppy that is now 7 months old and he is just the cutest. Even my vet was impressed that Oreo is very healthy and doing well. The people at Petholicks brought joy to my life by helping me choose a furry companion. I am going to goto them for a kitten in the near future for my wife!

My friend referred me to Petholicks as she had bought a teacup chihuahua from here less than a year ago. I was looking for a teacup Pomeranian which I went to see up in RAK. Ending up purchasing the dog there and then (I fell totally in love with it) and put some money down as a deposit. A week later at my request they delivered the puppy to me in Dubai with her passport. About two weeks later I went to the vet for a general check up just to check everything was as supposed to be and was very pleased for the vet to tell me that she was very healthy, heart perfect, had all the vaccinations up to date and microchip all working. Every so often Petholicks would send me a whatsapp just checking everything was ok with her, if I was having any problems, if I needed any advice. Very happy with little Honey Bee - Ive had no problems and would definitely recommend to friends. 5 Star rating for sure.

Recently bought the sweetest ragdoll kitten from Petholicks, it was such a great experience! The customer service was incredible, the staff was extremely knowledgable about the different breeds and helped me pick out the perfect pet for me and my family. My niece now wants a kitten too and Ill be sending my sister to Petholicks! They have multiple locations, all sorts of pets and breeds, grooming services, and so much more. Great one stop shop! I want to share my experiences with PETHOLICKS. I had purchase a Golden Retriever puppy. I already had in mind I want it a playful and a big dog in the future. Anyways the staff were so knowledgeable they guide me in every step of how to take care of him and how to make him adopt a new home. There puppies are great I got the referral by a friend and she was so right about this shop is the number one in DUBAI. I recommend anyone who is looking for a pet in the whole UAE to go there. This is the place to come not just for the one day you looking for a new member in your home but for the future of your puppies. They are always ready to answer you and any matter you have. Now my puppy is six months and I visit their shop every month for food, accessories and anything my Dog needs and its nice seeing how nice is their shop and always the staff is so helpful. Cant go to any other shop except #PETHOLICKS you are the best!!!!!!!!!

Came here with my sister for a pup after her friend had an amazing experience at Petholicks. At first, we are just a little bit disappointed that they didnt have what she was looking for (a Havanese) because of her allergies but they went above and beyond and told us that they would find one for us AND SURE ENOUGH a couple of days later we got a call to ask if we could come in and they had an adorable havanese puppy just waiting to be squeezed!! Both my sister and I were in love with "Lyra" and she was healthy, full of energy and looked prettier than ever! Shes a part of our family now and has been for a while now. I must say that the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and they still follow up with me and make sure "Lyra" is doing well! I just remembered that I need to take Lyra back in for her Free Grooming!! My friends recommended this place and I will be sure to refer my friends and family to PETHOLICKS!

I got my little boy from Petholicks and he is as sweet, well behaved and healthy as far as I am concerned till date.. Everyone finds him well behaved and immediately knows how to use the pee pads at just 3 months... I was told I am very lucky and was told that he must have been well taken cared of in the shop. Thank you so much Ryan for helping me on having my sweet little boy.. I recommend this shop to anyone interested on purchasing a pet. I bought my beautiful puppy Pomeranian from here who was supposedly 6 months old which we later found out was untrue - the vet said based on his size and teeth he was 100% no older than 4 months. It is illegal to separate puppies under 3 months from their parents and the following may explain why... Within 2 days of bringing him home, we noticed an awful cough which got terrifyingly worse over the next day. Since then, weve spent the last 6 weeks trying everything in our power to nurse him better. He was diagnosed with a bad form of kennel cough which should only last 10 days so you can imagine to serverity. After informing the shop of this and forking out 3k AED worth of vets fees, theyve refused to help whatsoever despite all medical documents dating back to the day after we brought him home from the shop. Although my pup is amazing, I would be wary of all hidden costs or just avoid this place all together!!!!!!!!!! Terrible experience.

AVOID THIS SHOP AND THE SELLER!!! We got our mini maltese puppy few days ago. 24 hrs later ENDED UP IN EMERGENCY VET CLINIC Diagnose: puppy in a very, very bad condition. 10% chance of surviving... Hypothermia caused by no response from immune system, bad virus, skin in a horrible conditions (dated to weeks before according to 3 vets). Constant drip required to keep puppy alive. According to the vet puppy is much younger than we were told (max 45 days not 8 weeks as we were told) 2 days later horrible news from the clinic PUPPY DIES!!! please save yourself tons of money and nerve wrecking experience

Do not use this shop!!! Our pug puppy was sold to us with distemper and we had to put him down three weeks later when he got so sick. He was brought over from europe far too young For starters and not only that, he came Into contact with many other unvaccinated puppies so the virus probably spread. The Owner of shop does not care and offers an exchange as if these poor animals are a faulty good. Do not buy anything from this shop!!!!

i have searched dubai for pets since 4 years. i had a persian cat which unfortunately passed away and one day driving around in JLT i saw petholicks, i must say i was shocked seeing the types of cats these people had. they had sphinx,bengal,scotish folds and etc. i bought a bengal . the best part was not buying but the effort they made to maintain that breed in this kinda climate ,i was really impressed and i still thank petholicks for referring me to a very good Vet, now my cat is almost 8 months old and doing perfectly fine in health and soul cheers
