Karen MathewI brought in a pup that had behavioural issues to the brim. He was scared of people, of dogs, of new things, of new places, of vehicles which is why I placed him into training with Pet station. Dr. Hussain was upfront about how much it would cost and how much of a difference I might be able to expect. The trainer Dave was patient and worked with him for 20 days. Now the training was not a magic trick that it transformed my puppy, however my pup is a lot more confident and reacts a lot less erratically than before. They did say I would need to work on him so that the training can be reinforced and I am working on him every day. I am quite content with my experience with Pet station and their staff are very accommodating. And whats more is that they were even willing to help me explain his issues to the breeder that sold him claiming to have sent me a perfect puppy. He is far from cured of his behavioural issues, it is a continued journey but Pet station has been a huge help in this.

Jourie KolthoumAbsolutely horrific customer service. Was 15 minutes late due to a road block on Al Quoz and they refused to accept my cat OR reschedule. Not only that, but I was meant to use a voucher, which they rendered invalid because of the 15 minute delay, something that they failed to mention in their confirmation email. Absolutely no respect. The cat is a FAMILY cat, there is no rule that says someone cant make an appointment and send her with someone else, especially if that someone is the documented OWNER. In addition, the cut off is 4:10 so when someone shows up at 4:15 and is refused service, that is just ridiculous and cannot be treated as a no-show.

Veronica KellyIf you are searching for an amazing, professional dog trainer, then search no more ! You will NOT regret choosing Pet Station. My self and my husband were endlessly on the web, researching for a trainer for our beautiful new Pomeranian puppy, Teddy Bear. He is 2 kgs of absolute, adorable fluffy cuteness, totally loved by us, but also a complete and utter hyper maniac, with zero tolerance for any doggy manners/discipline we tried to teach him !!!! Endlessly racing around our villa at mach speed, not listening to a single word when we tried to correct his mistakes, barking for up to 40 minutes at a time, no matter how much we tried to get him to stop !!! After many other researches we found Pet Station and there was no looking back. Dr Hussein spoke to me on the phone and calmly and kindly answered all my concerns and many questions, never ever giving me the hard sell . He reassured me our puppy should be trainable and that we could come in for an initial assessment with a trainer, after Teddy was up todate with all his puppy immunisations. Long story short, we did have Teddy trained by Dave at Pet Station. To say we were utterly delighted beyond any expectations we may have had would be an under statement. Dave ( who is truly a doggy whisperer) was amazing with Teddy. Our crazy adorable puppy gives high fives ( we show this skill Teddy now has to any one and everyone) he sits, shakes hand( paw) will stay on command, lies down on command, all of this in 15 days !!!! He is now calmer, as he now has a mind for discipline, so will listen to us and the endless barking is no more. We now send Teddy to their daycare and Dave still takes care to practice a few of his commands for a few minutes at a time, just to further instill in Teddy the discipline. Dave is so super caring with him( Teddys little tail wags crazily when he sees Dave and Teddy acts as Daves shadow, so funny and cute) and EVERY time we pick Teddy up from daycare, he has been brushed and is wiped down with some grooming wipes, its just amazing extra care that he gets there. Even though we are completely biased on Dave being the greatest( as he trained our bear ) all of the staff are super caring, animal lovers too. I see all the staff giving affection to the animals in their care, playing with the dogs/cats, its really nice to see this kind of environment. Another great aspect we like is that they service all our needs in one place. Teddy also gets grooming done there too, so we dont have to take him to another place. We drop him for his daycare and before we pick him up, once a week he is groomed on site, just perfect. He is groomed to perfection and his fur is so super soft after his grooming, and his tiny little paws are trimmed immaculately,we love his grooming day. I know this post is long, just we really are so happy with the care he has received with Pet Station and I know how difficult it can be to find a caring environment you can really trust to leave your fur babies with but this is truly a place you can. ali baroudOur pet Bella had a very aggressive behavior of bitting and wouldnt listen to any command and was totally destructive. We took Bella to Pet Station, and thank god for their amazing service. After two weeks of training Bella is now a very good dog, she listens to us, she stopped bitting, and is very well behaved. Big thank you to her trainer Dave!! He did an excellent job in the training. Also doctor Hussein who has a very big knowledge about pets was very helpful and informative about the entire process. I really recommend this place as it has a good value for money and excellent outcome for your pets. Ali Baroud

I will tell you : First we have a Husky puppy 3.4 month old and she is so sweet we love her so much but she need a lot of training and as my wife and i work its hard for us now to train her we can give her a lot of love but she need pro training as its our first dog ... so they are the best because : 1- because when i have called them to tell them what is the problem am having ! The owner ( Dr. Hussein ) himself have called me and give me all the support i need. 2- they were so honest and they told me all about what they can do my dog "LoLa" what they cant do ( for now as she is still a puppy ) 3- the team were amazing the receptionist Edna and Aissa LoLa trainer were so welcoming and they did everything they can to make me happy and to make my dog happy they kept us updated sent us videos pic. And Dr. Hussein use to call me every couple of day to give me the updates and what they are doing and what their plan !!!! :) even he was looking after her health ! 4- the most important thing that when i did submit LoLa for training she didnt want to listen as all puppy, she use to poo ! Everywhere and now she listen she did learn tricks she do it only outside ! Honestly she is a new dog ! I am proud of her now. So thats why they are the best they are caring people that they make the dog happy and the owner even happier ! Thanks pet Station Team cant wait for her to be a bit bigger for the advance training !

Liliya MalkovaLocated in a wearhouse in the middle of an industrial zone with difficult car access, so no chance for evacuation in case of fire. All animals are in one room where they also perform the grooming. I was told by their groomer Roshan that it will take at least 2h to finish the job in these conditions, since my cat might be scared of all other puppies and dogs around. When I tried to complain I was immediately asked to leave by Dr Tuleen. Here they are looking for profits and not for animal comfort and security. I hope local licensing authorities will check the location and take action.

Fedor GalkinI would originally give it a 8 out of 10, but the second time we left our yorkie for boarding (11-13 Sep) she came back home vomiting 4 times just 2 hours after we picked her up. A following diarrhea occurred the same night leaving a 1.5 kg dog dehydrated, but luckily restored 2 days after. Now, the obvious reason for all symptoms described above was the fact that they fed her with a different food, rather than the one we provided at the check-in (and there was plenty of it left at the check-out). The chunks were star shaped and 3-4 times bigger than the dry food we usually give. Its definitely up to pet lovers, but I would not bring my dog here anymore just for the reason that the Pet station employees accidentally or intentionally ignored given instructions resulting in a sickness of my pet. For the Pet station potential reply -I have pictures of the food you gave to my dog that day and it definitely wasnt a treat I allowed you to give her as a reward or for whatever reason. 20.9.16 After a discussion with the Pet Station management, we figured out that the dog was fed strictly as instructed. Though, the fact that somehow, my dog picked up/had a chance to eat something that caused her condition still exists. Since, there is always a chance that something can happen no matter how much you care , it will be unfair to solely blame the Pet Station team.

Sania AhujaAbsolutely horrific experience. It took weeks to get an appointment. They never called back when they said they would. I was always talking to someone who would refer to their colleague making the appointments so they couldnt help me. Who the hell is answering the phone then? On top of that, they didnt allow us to go in the room when they were grooming my dog and the cut is absolutely horrific. We didnt have the time to stick around to file complaints and to make them fix the cut. Shes clean shaved all around except for her face and her tail and its not even gradual. The groomer has literally shaved all her fur off in a straight line on her neck. Shes a beautiful blonde chihuahua who looks like a wannabe poodle with puffs of fur just on the ends. Even we could have done such a rookie job at home with a cheap shaver and scissors. I buy groupons for grooming so I can test out new centers before taking them back there for full paid packages because I prefer being loyal but this was the worst experience.

General MadnessVery bad experience in term of customer service, the worst part is my dog got an eye infection immediately after the grooming session and had to take him to a Vet. The diagnosis was due to improper shampoo and cleaning product used by the shop this resulted to a sever infection in his eye. And the vet consulted is the municipality specialist vet clinic. we will raise an official complain on the shop unprofessional conduct with Dubai municipality and consumer rights. Never risk the life of your pet to save couple of bucks with an unprofessional shop. Photos below are for those who dont want to experience what we had to experience. and as per the reply of the shop i would like to tell you that if your grooming service is that bad then your Vet service is as doubtful as the horibile service provided earlier to us and claiming to have to professional Vets in your Shop should prevent such a mistakes from taking place. second thing lets say am wrong and you are right, how do you explain the reviews before me????? your intemidating replies to justify and cover your mistakes explain alot about your level of compitancy in delievering a quality service and to maintain a fruitful healthy business relation with your customer.

I can say that the groomer was not knowlegble and they dont hire a capable ones. I will never recommend it to my friends because I dont want their dog to look horrible. I regret that I bring my baby prince or let your unprofessional groomer touch my baby Prince.

The terms and conditions do not mention that the pets have to be microchipped yet they refused to accept the pets that were not micorchipped. They refused to reschedule as well! I wonder how do people survive in business if they have such terrible customer service; perhaps by putting on deals on coupon websites and then never fullfilling and acknowledging them. Due to the terrible service I was given, I intend on taking up the matter with the Dubai Exonomic Department.
