Its about everything, pleasant inviting design, wide range of products including brands you wont find in other stores, quick service, way puppies and kittens are maintained and handled. This is the best pet shop in UAE. We have been searching for a puppy for awhile. We went to many places and it just didnt feel right until I went to Pet Sky in JLT. This place is spotless and the pets they have are so cared for and looked after. I got my mini Maltese here and could not be happier. The staff are excellent and really care for the pets. All pets are extremely clean and have an amazing playroom to roam around and have some fun. It really is like doggie daycare. The shop has an unlimited selection of food, toys and products .You are sure to find what you want and need from here. My puppy loves to visit the shop and she will also be attending day care here some days as I know she will be very safe and have fun. I will most definitely be getting a second pup in the coming months from Pet Sky. Go in you will not be disappointed, also the store is huge you wont want to leave.

We bought a very sweet and healthy dwarf hamster here a few months ago. For non-western standards, this is a very proper and clean pet shop. However, their advising skills could be improved: I asked if they know a good vet for dwarf hamsters (just in case) and they advised me not to spend money on a vet and they even told me the price of a new hamster. Well, medical costs are just part of owning a pet regardless the size and price of the animal. So for good advice, I would go to another place. But if you cannot find a specific animal for adoption and consider to buy it in a pet shop, I would recommend this one.

Horrible!!! Pls do not bring ur pets to this place!!!! They abuse dogs while grooming... My dog has massive bruises all over his neck, so I called the manager and he had advised me that it was MY FAULT cos I didnt check my dogs neck when I picked him up...... so I had no right to make any complaints! They have no love for our pets.. These ppl ABUSE dogs.

I really like this place since its one stop destination for all pet supplies and grooming services. The employees are friendly, knowledgable and caring. Theyre happy to help you out and answer any questions you may have. This is by the far the best store in JLT for pet grooming and my pets love this place. Also they have a huge selection of pet products that you may not find in UAE pet markets. Rather than paying huge shipping costs to Amazon, this store has what you need and the owner even helps you to get the right items based on your pet requirements. If you are a pet lover, this is a place that should be on your monthly visit list!

Weve been bringing our puppy to Pet Sky and couldnt be happier. It is clear that everyone who works there is passionate about dogs and unlike a lot of dog walkers/daycares, they actually understand canine behavior! They are always happy to give us a re-cap of his day when we pick him up and also follow up the next day on how he is doing. Definitely the best!

Petsky has brought a new standard of pet shops to dubai. As soon as you step into this place you face with professional and lovely staff with a welcome smile. The best pet grooming service, highest quality of animals, after sale supporting and caring, high standard kennel and day care services, variety accessories and all kinds of foods and snacks mostly not possible to find in all uae. By the way, this petshop is the only petshop in dubai with an amazing smell Ever where !!! I always wonder how they keep this huge place so clean and fresh all the time. Oh I forgot to mention, the owner, Mr amir is the guy who wont let u step out of the shop unless satisfied and happy.

My dog was groomed yesterday 6 Jan 16 at this place they have injured my dog gravely his testicle have been bruised and bleeding,a nail has been cut too close and is torn apart and is bleeding and when I called to ask for help the owner tells me he has got better jobs to do and to never return back. I am utterly hurt to see my dog not being able to sit neither sleep.
