Carl HewlettI enjoy bringing my dog here as they bring in high quality dog, it can be a little bit pricey compared to other dog food brands. They had a new stall up where they serve chocolates and sweets for dogs which was pretty cool. They also have a variety of dog/cat beds, leads and everything you can think of that you would need for your pet. Did not get a chance to try the groomers for my dog but it looked professionally set up (maybe even better than the one I go to

Kosher SpecterRecently my dogs Shaina and Prince needed to be groomed. Well only problem is, Shaina is a little shi tzu and prince is a shepherd, and for some reason they are attached at the hip. If they are separated they howl and get angry. I was hesitant to come here but when I came back, the dogs were beautiful and smelling great. I have recommended them to my cat and dog owner friends and I recommend to anyone who reads this as well!

Ellen MaysonI love their selection of cat scratchers. The prices are very affordable and the selection is huge. I bought a cat scratcher from the store and my cat was very happy. The product is made in Germany and lated quit a while. They also groomed my cat and the groomer did a good job with a lot of patience. I would recommend them definitely for grooming your cat. Theyre not the cheapest in Dubai, but worth it.

Natalia NassariI would have given this a 5 solely to the groomer. But the appalling phone service today has left me fuming. So Ive had to miss my appointment because of terrible communication and rudeness. If I owned this business I would give better training.

Melissa FlodéNice stuff. Cool ppl. I like it. The most i liked the dresses for my girl. Liked the soft beds and the fact that they have a huge selection of hair bows. The hair bows are so pretty and you get them in all colors! Overall i had a great time! THANK YOU! Im gonne be back!

Rachel Mc NallyLast time I took my dog for grooming, they shaved a hole in the side of his fur. Ive been coming to Pampered Pets with my dogs since they first opened, and lately the grooming service has really gone down hill. Theyve lost me as a customer forever because of the way they handled this mistake they made. If you care how your animal looks and for the safety of their skin, DO NOT use Pampered Pets for grooming.

Yvette RomeroEverything is "ok". The staff is friendly but seems confused. For grooming they never remember my dog, to pamper him you have to know who he is. When he is finished being groomed they never call, I have to call and check with them. Grooming is good but they have been too aggressive removing the hair in his ears, he comes back with red inflamed inner ears. One time the inner ear had several patches of skin removed that took about a week to heel. Great selection of dog food, New Zealand brands and this great Blue Buffalo brand.

Stephanie BakerJust got Lucy back from grooming at Pampered Pets! She looks like the most adorable angel! Great Job sayeed! It was my first time in Pampered Pets. The groomer was very knowledge with the breed cuts, I have a bichon, and no other pet shop knows how to properly cut one! I was nervous but my friend who had a scottish terrier had recommended me to visit Sayeed who had done a fab job of her! So two hours later lucy looked amazing! She smelt fabulous, they informed me they used Isle of Dogs shampoo and conditioner, its sulfate free from the US, and thank heavens not from China! I am so tired of seeing groomers use cheesy bright colored bottles only to read MADE IN CHINA. While leaving I was gifted a sample of Applaws wet food for lucy. Its a new brand they carry from the UK. I will let you know how lucy liked it! the only backdraw of my full experince was I had to wait 2 days to get a booking which was disappointing! but I feel it was worth it.
