Murat OzbenI gave blood sample for testing and they lost it. After three days, after my queries, they admitted that they lost it and they simply told me to give blood sample next day. Manager is never there. Probably thats why. They act like they are running a Supermarket rather than a Hospital.

Emma CooneyIf I could rate this at a zero star rating I would purely because of the experience with the doctor. I have just returned from Lifeline with my husband. We saw an internal specialist-Dr Ahmed Hosni. This doctor did not listen to my husband or myself as we tried to explain the symptoms. He immediately brushed us off as having come to the wrong doctor even though it was the emergency department who advised us to see an internal specialists. He listened to my husbands chest and said that from his examination he could find nothing wrong. He advised a multivitamin and antibiotics even though he had said he has found nothing wrong?! When I questioned him about his advice that my husband take more rest he abruptly said that is whey we will do blood tests. The main reason we went there was because since returning from Africa 48 hours ago my husband has not been awake. He paid no attention when I said that he has had a headache and has not eaten. I would really advise you to steer clear of this doctor. The nurses and reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

Mark HealyTerrible experience in this hospital. Minutes after my wife gave birth there, a nurse asked me to sign a paper so they give artificial milk to the baby; I asked her to give me few minutes to consult the pediatrician, 10 min later, I went back to see that they asked my wife to sign and then they gave the milk to the baby without a reason. They took an hour to give the baby to his mother for no reason, only because the nurse is too busy with other patients. Two weeks after the delivery, my wife has fever; They made their investigation to find that her uterus was not cleaned enough in the delivery. While she was admitted there, an internal medicine doctor prescribed her antibiotic. He said it is safe for the baby as she is breastfeeding. I went and asked the pediatrician if it is safe, he said no, it is NOT ! but asked me to not tell that doctor. Oh . . really, who I should believe now!! Also, on the delivery day, I asked them if there is any type of test important for the baby even if it is not covered by insurance, they said no tests are required. After two month, I took my baby to the same hospital and met a pediatrician, he asked me for the results of the baby screening test. I said which test?! he said on birth, there are important screening tests to be made!! One thing to say, that you can still see good doctors there & amazing nurses, but in short, I dont recommend them unless you know the doctor. I still have long list of complaints which made me finally decide to never go back to this hospital; I cannot trust them anymore. I always thought that I might be wrong and used to give them excuses but not anymore. Our health has priority.

Tolulope adebayoI use this hospital often. Bitter sweet experience. Good service but when my baby needed a surgery, we were referred to another hospital without an ambulance and it was an emergency. I was told to sign a document which I refused to. Otherwise, good hospital. Dr Sucharita, Dr Shatish... great pediatricians.

Samira DThey are unethical particularly the radiologist, he pretends to all patients that he can not see in ultra sound and push them to do CT scan ( highly radioactive) and when they do regular CT scan, he pretends he can not see clearly and pushes them to do another CT scan: i have seen him doing this to 3 patients other than me in one single day: an unethical doctor to say the least! Avoid at all cost.
