To top it all the Doctors are very good and engaging. As they say half of a patents issues is sorted depending on how the Doctor engages. Keep up the good work.

Shanu ShajahanWorst clinic in Dubai. Doing half consultation one day, asking to come next week for remaining. No communication. After tests, just checking the result and writing medicines. No communication with patients regarding test result. Found some nutrient deficiency in a test. I think first a doctor should suggest that nutrient rich food rather than taking medicines and supplements. Here writing tablets. Gynec is the worst there.

BETH SUQUILAThey have very accommodating staffs. Especially the owner who check my sons eye problem. I just wish they are included in the accredited list of Clinic for Basic DHA Health Insurance plan.

Mohammed SuhailOne of the worst receptionist and Doctors too. I went to Dr. Anil to address my swollen vein. He didnt even care or see it and just wrote some medicines. I attempted to asked him some questions like what causes it or can he has a proper inspection on it, he excused himself by telling that I there are 1000 things which shouldnt be known and also he said once you have it, you have it and no need to visually check the vein. Its a pure business. I didnt opt for injection and they didnt even return the money. So sad to go here please avoid coming here I will address this issue to Ministry one day.

Ann PI made an inquiry thru telephone but the lady who attended my call seems to be unprofessional. I asked for a dentist today friday and she told on leave. Okay, given the option for tomorrow and nothing else she immediately hanged up the call. Poor customer service, I think this lady needs an extensive customer service orientation.

pavithra bangerai agree with others that reception is totally unprofessional & extremely rude plus not willing to help.i visited there with my baby for vaccinations the male receptionist there didnt even bother to look at me & respond to my questions.

Karthikeyan ThangarajIt is a good hospital. We went for ENT consultation. We consulted Dr.Fizal for ENT. He is so friendly and treatment was excellent. The reception people are so attentive and answer your queries with patience. This is the best in that hospital. All the staff are so attentive. Keep up the good work.

Dr.Geetha (gynaecology dept) is very empathetic, attentive and her treatment is exemplary . The open and responsive manner of the doctor and the clinic makes a long lasting impression.
