An extremely bad customer service. I never faced such an attitude even from the supervisor and the funny part when you call the call center they will tell you they cant support and no way to manage any request.

There is nothing worse than having to pay for something you havent used. Such a fraud system. I used their valet to park at Marina but realised I parked at the wrong place. Not even 5mins and they still charged me 50dhs
