Excellent , professional and very friendly staff. Very clean and great breakfast / meals. For a budget hotel it is extremely good. There is absolutely nothing in this neighbourhood so not good for a holiday.

Located within the Green Community of Dubai Investment Park 1. Great Hospitality, Very good staff, they house Costa Cafe and a small Mr Toads Pub which is open quite late into night. They dont have restrictions on the number of people staying in a room although room can house 4 people easily. Overall a great hotel for short stay.

Rooms are very very small. Both fortune Park hotel and Marriott hotel are less than 1km away and offer much bigger and better designed rooms with nice views. I would much rather stay elsewhere. Staff is okay and value for hotel room is very very bad. The bed is very good but nothing else. Its only good if youre just planning on sleeping. All else is over priced and not worth the trip. Dont come with family or more than 2 people or you will be sorely dissapointed. Small, very small. Internet is very slow and bad.

A little bit of a distance from the main attractions but I guess the hotel is for guests visiting the surrounding businesses. The room was freezing and couldnt adjust the air conditioning. The TV was making a load buzzing noise so just stopped using it. The most annoying thing was the Internet connection was terrible, no good for business connectivity. The buffet dining for lunch and dinner were not good, the food was just too salty or not tasty at all. Breakfast was good as you can order fresh eggs and hash browns. The reception desk messed up my hotel to airport transport and booked the wrong time. Luckily I went down 30 mins before I did book it for and they quickly rearranged it.

Im very disappointed. The hotel is clean and the rooms are VERY SMALL. Also, the room has only ONE POWER SOCKET to charge phone and that is far from the bed, no sockets near the bed.

I have visited their Toads good ambiance and nice staff but only draw back is with drinks there are no "bar snack " , encase if you request they may give you popcorn , otherwise none. Also there is no happy hours .

Its a bit far away from the airport and city center (shuttle bus available), but everything else is perfect. Hotel room,coffee shop, Mr.Toads pub just fine. Its not very rush hotel, kind of quiet, which I like a lot. For this rate I definatelly recomend.

If you have a car this is the perfect place to stay in Dubai. We always say in the UK you know what you get with a Premier Inn, and this rings true in Dubai also...if not more! Clean, with a pool at a great price. It will take you about 20-25mins to get downtown Dubai, but its worth it with what you save. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Stayed here for a night! Amazing fresh food! Best mixed veg curry and penny arribiata Ive tasted in years! Clean and spacious double room - loved it and when back in Dubai will be staying here. Small enough gym to keep busy and amazing heated pool and Jacuzzi with a guide and free Wi-Fi! What more do you need!

Hotel is very good, but little away from city... If you coming for business works in DIP or Jebel Ali South, then this place is highly recommended ... Got a small pool at the roof top as well... And All the reception guys were extremely friendly... I wd give it a 4 star

Stayed there recently for four days and loved the place, the staff was very friendly and cooperative, the room i had was on smoking floor (5th, room 503). Since my training schedule was such that by the time we reached back to hotel there were no shuttles so commuting to down town Dubai was problem for us, thats the ONLY gripe i have about the place that its far from main city and there are no stores around (atleast we were not able to find a Carrefour nearby) and you need to catch a cab to reach nearest Metro.

Jolie petit hotel agréable nous avons apprécié notre séjour , chambre et literie confortable, petit déjeuner buffet à volonté avec un large choix, piscine avec une bonne température deau, cafétéria ouverte 24 / 24 personnel très accueillant et disponible une mention particulière à Mahmoud et Rasha à la réception qui ont été au top car très professionnelle. Petit bémol de lemplacement géographique de lhôtel rien dans les alentours une voiture ou un taxi obligatoire.
