Amer AThis is the worst company ever, dont hire them!! I contacted them to clean my AC units and after they finished my AC has been leaking for three weeks now and they stopped answering their phone when i asked them to come check and fix Dont call them, this company should close down

chaden khouryI booked the company to deep clean a villa I am moving into with my family, we had done some construction work in the villa and needed to be sure that the house would be clean and dust free before moving, especially as we have a young baby. The team arrived in the morning without a supervisor, with minimal Cleaning supplies and tools, stayed till 5pm and did absolutely no work. We have now had to delay our move and pay extra charges to different suppliers due to the lack of competence of this company. We were assured the utmost most professional and best service, but instead the house was a disaster. There was even urine stains on one of the toilet seats from one of the workers.

Nicholas FortuneSmart Touch is a dodgy company, dont use them, they 1/2 cleaned my apartment said they would come back the next day to finish cleaning, polish floor etc etc and now they dont answer any of their phones and have my cheque also !

Arthi SrinivasanWorst ever service provider. Irresponsible staff, no invoice or receipt. Pathetic service. Booked them to do the carpet cleaning and shampooing. After they left, the rugs were left to dry. And we patted the rugs, there were still lots of dust, particles that couldve easily been removed through a powerful dry vaccum. However, when complaint was reported, the supervisor and staff went into a ignore mode and refused to answer my calls. They promised to come each time, but then would vanish.Never would recommend this level of poor service!

Vamsi NannapaneniTried Smart Touch service once to clean the plaster sticky marks on window frames. I tried a normal cleaning service, but no luck and they said chemical cleaning is needed, still not sure if the the chemicals will damage the window frame painting. However I tried Smart Touch cleaning service and they did good work. I clearly explained the problem with pics and they confidently confirmed that they can resolve this surely. Price wise, bit higher side but that was urgent need at that time. Overall experience was good at least in this case.

Karlien SmitThese guys simply dont want business. Ive called them on two occasions and tried to book their services. Their owner or sales person agreed to send a cleaning team, but they simply didnt show up. When I tried to call and find out where they were, they just ignored all my calls. After a month or two I tried to book them again and once again they didnt show or answer my calls. So to all potential clients - dont bother.

Amy WantVery happy with the service provided. Mohammed came back to us straight away unlike other companies that we contacted for a quote. The team arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning our floors removing stubborn marks. Would recommend.

Hesham AbbasAn absolute waste of time and money. So far away from being smart!! Brush storks are almost everywhere, the masks were apsolutily dirty, there isnt a one single straight line. No proper cleaning after the painting, ( if what theyve done can be called painting) 4 hours job, as I was first told, well.. it took them 12!!! (and we are talking about a studio apartment). The best part was when they started to teach me, how to clean & re-touch their dirty work.

Reinette J.v RensburgThis is the worst service ever!!! I e-mailed a few times and then phoned to confirm, made out the check and nothing... No call back, no response... Everytime i phoned Mohammed he said he will get back to me and he never did, i confirmed the cleaning with the client and Mohammed and they just didnt even bother to arrive or inform me that they wont make it!!
