Lovely mall buestifully made. Its nice to even just walk around inside and out. If you want to buy clothes this is a great place to pick up some bargains. Designer and famous brands at discounted rates. Not much choice for things other than clothes but otherwise a very nice place to visit.

Visit was great. Prices are very reasonable and I hope they keep the same always. Especially Diesel outlet variety and pricing is fabulous. Its sales persons are very cooperative. Same was at CK outlet. Overall experience was superb and will come back soon.

سمعت الكثير عنه. بصراحة مافي زود كثير من المحلات برا. مازالت غالية كثير ولا تختلف عن خارج السوق. إنتبه اذا شريت/ي شي من فقد لايمكنك إستبداله بأي معرض أو فرع آخر لأن البضايع مختلفة عن خارج السوق. وقد تضطر للعودة للإستبدال والسوق بعيد عن دبي نوعا ما. حاول تقايس مشترياتك قبل لا تطلع من السوق وخصوصا ملابس الأطفال. من خمس نجوم يستاهل أربعة.

By far one of the cleanest malls in Dubai with less human traffic. Its quite a journey to get there but its worth it. Its not so huge so u can take your time to comb through all the stores and also enjoy some very good food at any of their restaurants

Not your classic outlet mall. Felt more like regular stores with some items discounted. Lots of smaller boutique like stores but overall, the selection was smaller than I expected. The building and facilities are top notch but I was looking for great discounts on designer clothing and left quite disappointed.

The architecture is very nice, the construction the actual finish of the building is also very well done. The shops however are a disappointment. It doesnt compare to outlet mall most of the shops here are of big brands such as Mont Blanc etc they do offer discounts but are still out of the reach of a normal consumer. For tourists its definitely worth a visit but beware of the taxi fare since this place is abt 40 kms from city center.

Absolutely live this place. Its way out from the normal hussle of Dubai. Very peaceful to browse and stroll. We found just about all our necessities for the baby here at the outlet stores as the prices were much more affordable. Mammas and Pappas save the day! Be sure to stop at The Brass for a lovely peace of cake, cup if coffee and a chess match with a lived one while you solve the problems of the world over a cup of Joe. Parking is easy, look and feel of the mall is great. Love it

Terrible service. Excessive Waiting time until somebody attend the table. We were waiting over one hour for first dish, which apparently was dessert instead of entrees and main course. Although food was eatable, unpleasant feeling remains for all remaining evening. Will avoid all Barilla network in future.

Love the architectural design as it is to feel like San Gimignano, an adorable hilltop town in the countryside of Tuscany whose historic centre was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1990.

One of the best malls in dubai , you can go by car or take metro , stop at the last red line station which is the UAE Exchange and take taxi to the mall. Its about 10-15 mints from the last metro station. Decoration of the mall is way different than any other mall in dubai, feels like you are in San Gimignano. Must visit.

A piece of Italy was brought right to you in dubai : ) more specifically is the Fdinza Outlet Village. The only difference might be that this place is fully indoor and air conditioned compared to the one in Italy. The way shops are distributed and the brands available give you a pleasant time while shopping. There are food stops here and there like restaurants and coffee shops. Overall the atmosphere is lovely, design is beautiful and a recommended place to spend some money here : )

Great new addition to the growing retail landscape in Dubai. Very stylish place with an authentic Italian feel. Good stores including GAP, Banana Republic, Galleries Lafayette, Ted Baker along with some cafes and restaurants. Not the usual outlet center, much better designed and welcoming atmosphere. Only downside, as with most outlets, as you cant always find the right size. GAP has all sizes but a few others are limited, either too big or too small. Well worth the adventure and experience

The design of the building is amazing. You really shift yourself to a small village of Italy. The shopping mall is small and many shops are not really outlets. All shops have 20-30%, but this is normal during the sales period. Only few shops reach 50-60 or even 80% real discount. Special mention to the shop Bebe, really really an outlet.

I like the high quality of the interior design of this Mall, but the shops are too focused on luxury brands for clothing, hand bags and shoes. The outlet Village is mostly good for people who are looking to buy luxury brands of clothing and shoes for less price. The mall its self is very nice looking decorated as an historical Arabic Bazar. Also it has coffee shops and restaurants which makes it convenient for families to spend sometime there. The only disadvantage is its location being so far away from the Dubai. But definitely it is a great news for Abdabi being near borders making it a stop station for people coming from Abu Dabi to Dubai during weekends. Generally I loved the place. A nice experience at nice atmosphere.

First you have to be careful when you get there by Google map because it does not take you to the entrance.I think that because the place is new and the streets are finished yet .in order to get there correctly one should write Dubai parks and resorts because they are in the same place and google map will take you there direct there without a mistake .most of the shops are not open.sone of the shops an restaurants take cash only .and there is no arm machines yet.the place beautiful though and European old shops style

The most disappointing point is there are only a handful of places to eat. Beware if you come through Mohammed bin Zayed road (as of Oct 16), the road isnt completed so youll have to drive to rough terrain. Try coming through SZR instead.
