I have bought about 5 to 6 lenses all on different occasions from their online shop. I use to buy my solitica lenses from Brazil and would have them shipped to Canada, I would usually wait about month for them to arrive. I took a shot with lenses me and ordered my favourite lenses with them, they were at my door within 2 days with a little treat and personal note. Whenever I order around holidays they will give you a little treat and hand written note related to the holiday. Its a really cute and sweet gesture. Not to mention, they are so fast with shipping ! I have to say, this company is amazing. For being located across the world, they are incredibly fast and reliable with their shipping. They are exceptionally professional when it comes to answering any questions or concerns. I had concerns when I ordered my Natural Colors Cristal because the limbal ring was printed on the the inside of the contact instead of the outside as I thought it was supposed to be. They very respectfully explained to me the reasoning behind this. The limbal ring is on the inside of the contact so as not to make the limbal ring as dramatic as some of the other Natural Colors do, but to just give it a slight hint of a limbal ring. They were very understandable with my concerns and were able to help me. They are also very prompt in answering emails. I always get a response either the same day or next day at the latest. Awesome company!

I ordered my solotica lenses in quartzo on Saturday by tuesday I couldnt believe it when they came in already, Ive ordered these from different companies before and it took 3 weeks with lens.me I got in in 3 days. Not only was the shipping fast it came nicely packaged with a lens case, also came with oreo cookies and a hand written note. I love Solotica lenses there so natural looking people who dont know me very well think there my real eyes and as for comfort they dont bother me at all and Ive left them in from morning till night without having to put solution in them. So I was skeptic read online about Solitica was the most natural lenses Ive ever seen and last so long for a year however too many complaints from many others with ordering from other companies some took 3-4 months, others 3-6 weeks. How insane TWO days it arrived much quicker I expected to wait up to four days but wow its here, nothing damaged, even got a small little cute handwritten note! I highly recommend this company and they have a lifetime customer with me! More people need to order here so this companies longevity lasts!
