    Excellent customer service. Speedy transactions. Best to visit is early in the morning around 8am when they open, later it does get crowded in here and some reason transactions seems to happen slower than expected.

    My experience at IVS Global was great. I think the trick is getting there early in the morning. They open at 8 and I got there exactly at 7. That meant I was the second person in queue. Enjoyed watching some Netflix and at 8 got in and was done by 8:07. The receptionist are like info machines handing out information at rapid pace. Help them out by knowing what you want. You can photo copy documents here as well and they have a facility to click photos. However as a rule of thumb, carry copies of everything. Once done my papers were available for collection in 2 hours. Remember if you get there at 8, you have quite a wait. Do the calculations, come in early and get done in an hour or come in later in the day and waste your whole morning.

    BAD EXPERIENCE - I AM HOLDING AL AIN VISA AND IVS DUBAI COUNTER REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY APPLICATION FOR ATTESTATION CITING RESIDENCE ISSUE FOR WHICH I HAD TO TRAVEL FROM DUBAI TO ABUDHABI TO GET IT ATTESTED - THEY SHOULD NOTIFY THIS IN THEIR WEBSITE STATING AL AIN AND ABUDHABI VISA HOLDER SHOULD GO TO RESPECTIVE AREAS

    In my experience with IVS, the service was good. But make sure your place in the queue between 7 – to 8 AM. My case was, to make a very special affidavit. The receptionist listened me very carefully and guided to an officer called “Thanzeer”. His service was more than excellent, a professional & helpful gentleman. But need more improvement & professionalism in the whole system.

    I donno why so many negative reviews. Reached there aroud 7.30 am and completed the formalities by 8.30 am. Staffs were friendly and helpful. If you are planning to send the doc to India, do it from IVS itself it will save the 2 hrs wait for the attested doc. Photocopy, typing, studio facilities available at the center.

    Are these people for real. They never pick up the phone. Indian Consulate should stop referring people to them. Just came back from their office in Dubai. To attest my signature on a statement they asked me to first go to the US consulate and get my passport attested. Has anyone heard something like this. Some fat ancient woman and a young scared girl are there to waste peoples time. Stupidity has no limit with these people.

    Pathetic service, unprofessional staff. After submitting the documents they asked me to come after 2hours. I came after 3 hours , and the attestation was still not done. Moreover the security guard dispatches the documents to you. Who for some reason behaves as if he is giving million dollars out of his pocket. In one line it is like visiting any government office in incredible India !

    2 Hours is the normal waiting time to reach the counter after getting token. Another 1 hour to get the Attested documents. Better take a cushion with you to sit there for hours..

    It was disaster only to just get NoC for my child passport i have to wait in que for 4 hours and 3 more hours for to just get the letter signed by authorities. Whole system worse.

    Since they never pick up the phone you will have to go all the way to get any information. And once there, not all information is given which means you end up having to go multiple times because you have not been guided well. Website says tokens issued until 1 pm. I reached there just after 12 and they told me tokens are issued only until 12. What then is the point of giving wrong information on the website!

    Had Multiple dealings with them and all those works completed perfectly. It is suggested to provide proper updated procedure guidelines to the receptionist, as he / she will be the first point of contact.

    The facility is an insult to all Indians. Lining up to get tokens starting at 6.30 AM in a corridor and down a few flights of stairs sometimes. Parking is terrible (only paid available). People try to cut queues all the time. No online appointments. Staff is clueless sometimes. One facility for all of Dubai which also an insult to the metropolis of Dubai. IVS should be terminated by the Indian government of this back office contract ASAP.

    Pathetic would be an understatement .Start with the receptionist is so rude that you almost slap her.The tokens are issued though most people just walk in and the staff says they are priority .We are just stupid to sit there for hours.The manager says she will do something but does not get out of her office.Overall a very bad experience .

    Tried calling almost 30 to 40 times but no one attended the call and when I reached the office there was a big crowd and waited literally for 2.5 hours to get my turn. Finally when I asked them to courier my attested documents they missed 1 document to send to India so I need to go them again to inquire about it. I would suggest that Indian Consulate should rethink on their decision of outsourcing the attestation services to IVS Global company.

    An aweful experience, Never use IVS global. We applied for our online visas and were given 2-3 days timeline. Its day 4 and my husband did not receive his visa and therefore missed our flight as Qatar would not allow us to board. We have applied via VPS Global in the past and no issues. Staff are not trained and have no urgency at all.

    THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE!!!! I had to interact with this office twice with regards to attestation of my certificates . Luckily, since I had searched online and got every document as required, the process of submission was easy and quick . The promised delivery time is minimum 3 months. The first instance, I waited for 6 months, sent a reminder and ultimately got the Office of Indian Consulate involved to get a reply from them, becuase they do not pick up their phone or answer mails. Now, again it is 5 months since I submitted another set of certificates...still waiting to hear from them...maybe would have to involve the Office of Indian Consulate again...what a shame!

    Very bad service. way of dealing with the customers is very bad . and no use for the phone number that you have given for inquries for days i tried to contact them but nobody is attending the call.i read all the reviews in this site majority had experienced a bad service from IVS, then also why the management still not taking strict actions to improve the service. counseling of the staffs is must.they cant handle the crowd, they are out of control when they are seeing the crowd. very bad

    Horrible horrible service. I waited 2 hours (Im not exaggerating) to get 2 visas attested. Very rude receptionist. Slow and waaaay understaffed. If you have that much demand on you, the least this company can do is to double the number of its staff. No enough waiting areas. Im a lady and was on my feet the whole time, so as half of the others waiting as well.

    Extremely Pathetic Service typical Indian style service provided. Being a service provider they should ensure that the staff should have the correct knowledge and the proper skills to deal with a customer/client. The knowledge of the representative on the counter wasnt accurate which makes it really difficult for the customer to get their job done. Making silly mistakes during documentation. I hope the manager or the person in-charge gets things sorted out.

    Pure indian Babu style...The officer who dose final signature on Certificate was supposed to come at 9 am (His official duty timing....!!!)...But guess what he arrived at 11.30 am...(Just 2 and half hours late...!!! Then he signed all pending documents,..The workers , who were standing in long queues from 8 AM got their certificates at 11.45 AM.....!!!!!!!!! Officer gave explanation that he had to go to Conference>....!!!????!!! WT*.......!!!! NO REPLACEMENT or stand by for officer in charge... Poor pathetic indian babu mentality, management and work....Rest working staff was good, but when top level fails to deliver then you can not give better service..

    Rubbish service. No clear information available on required documents before you get there. Way too crowded and typical Indian babu style bureaucratic service. Its great if you are happy with Indian standards, but you have realize Indian standards of service are quite bad. Be prepared to waste a lot of time, and count yourself lucky if you dont.

    People are friendly and helpful.The Service is good. You need to visit the place to get the correct procedures. The Land Mark is a SUBWAY restaurant in the building on the rear side. It is five minutes walk from Oud Mehta Metro Station. You need to get a DD if you are going for Genuinity Certificate. (Degree Certificates) . But the complete details are available here. But I seriously do not know why they dont work in the late evenings.

    Terrible, terrible terrible - so typical of Indian Government and its representatives - be it Air India, be it the Indian Embassy and now even the out sourced agency - try and ever reach anyone there - why does it have to be this way - why is everything about India such a disaster ??? The phone number[s] provided for IVS are invalid / do not work - the website domain name has expired - the list of holidays on the Consulates website is for 2103 !!!!! GET A LIFE - you India bureaucracy and got off you bloody high horse
