I stay there one it was awesome good for social person as all night club and bars have free entry for the guest and this hotel located in rush area of BUR Dubai very hard to find parking but valet parking from hotel also affordable is 20 AED per only

Nice place, helpful staff. although the people at reception could be more helpful and friendly. The rooms are good, although at times it may feel damp and there is a particular smell throughout that kind of puts you off. The hotel is located at a very nice place. You have a lot of things to do at walkable distance. There are departmental stores nearby which are open all the time. A few eateries /hotels nearby for people with all kinds of taste buds. You also have street shopping just at 5mins walking distance. At a considerable distance you can take a boat ride to bur dubai (which is a beautiful experience). Overall experience: 3.5/5

Hotel bed sheets are not hygienic... spot of blood on my first day stay... changed later on... Hotel room a.c not working since last 2 days but no solution.... staff not at all bothered to give solutions... restless night .....

Rooms were small and there was no comb , toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers,etc and the only good thing I felt was there is grocery and cafeteria stores nearby. Its good for short stay max of 2 days, if you plan for a longer stay i would suggest try a better one .

Cheap hotel that will nickle and dime you. Better off just going for a more expensive hotel. Nothing really wrong with the hotel other than they only allow two people in a room who can show a marriage certificate. If you are not married do not attempt to check in with your significant other.

Its okay, a bit pretencious and the bartenders push you to keep busying drinks. I was about two minutes into my whiskey and the barman picked up my glass ready to take it away. I hate places that do that just let me drink in peace and when Im ready to buy another one I will. Subsequently I didnt stay in any of the bars in the York Hotel. Im happy to spend whatever on alcohol as long as there are no 3 waiters standing around my table - ridiculous.

location is super, metro is next to it. the night staff was not so friendly, they suggested a room close to construction noise which i denied and they replace without any problem ! keep in mind, in UAE is common to leave your passport behind at the reception, if you are not ok with this, just deny and ask it back. you will get it.

This hotel does not really deserve a single star, i feel bad and humiliate being stay in this hotel. First it not equip basic facility for guest like hot boil water, water shower temperature malfunction only cool water! prostitute club with ugly and noisy, terrible noise pollution every single night. most worse is their services of waiter and receptionist Racism consists of both prejudice and discrimination. Talk about my nightmare experience about this hotel, i had booking 5 night in this hotel with breakfast, on first day check in, a reception person just waive her hand(toward to a sit) without a single word or glance at us, then her explain she was busy after 10 minute she call us(there was nobody when we check in, SERIOUSLY? BUSY?) On second night, i being fooled and cheat by a bar waiter who call him self call JUSTIN (i had him picture unfortunately i unable post here) when i ask nicely for get water (obviously there is water dispenser beside him which he say not allow guest to get water from there) he took out 2 bottle water mineral and ask price aed 5.00 per each, i respond can get 2 aed from beside store which sell more cheaper, then he smile with cheesy say it complimentary. I was surprises and show him appreciate with thank. when we open it and drink he keep up his smile and raise up a bill from a bar table to request us to pay aed 10.00 for 2 water. I feeling strong annoyance and am i being deceive. He immediately over react say never mention it complimentary! after a argument goes, we pay for him. But we feel this matter is cheating and fooling guest. We make a complaint to manager regard this matter, but seem he not really care or handle this case well and walk away without a apologize or and further action. But he did mention the water dispenser on bar table we (The guest) can get water free of cost (what the Hell). On our final stay night, when we return to room we stumble 2 sticker (MADE IN CHINA) attach on our bed side table (obviously someone enter to our room to put on it) YES!!! we are Malaysian Chinese. I think this hotel is seriously of poor quality with ashamed and foolish treat to guest who pay and stay in their hotel. I GIVE NEGATIVE RATE TO THESE SCAMMER HOTEL : YORK INTERNATION HOTEL BUR-DUBAI !!!

Room infested with bed bugs and the hotel had no procedures to contain the bugs. They were wanting to transfer all my luggage to new room without washing everything. I had to insist and they refused to refund the costs in the end. Avoid this hotel!
