I travel all over the world and that is the worst, most arrogant and mean staff I have ever seen. The club itself would be good if not them. First people at the entry always making problems to let you enter even though you pay thousands for the table its always half an hour dealing with them. That already puts you in a great mood to start with. Then security inside constantly telling you to move, wherever youre standing its not the right place to be standing. The female bar tenders at the lowest central bar really must hate their jobs cause they cant even force a single smile when someone is nice to them asking them politely. A club is a place people go to have fun and they ruin the whole experience for you.

The club is amazing with the ambience and location. The staff however is not.The most arrogant and rude staff ever I have come across.The staff at the bar even go to an extent to hold u by the collar for no reason!!! They defintely need to learn how to behave with their customers. Thats the least They can do!!!

I live in Dubai and go out almost every weekend and am pretty respected at clubs around Dubai, however White has by far been the worst experience so far, the club itself is not too bad, however their door policy is horrendous, they seem to judge you based on your looks, they have a very annoying no flats policy (understandable) however stupid as I had three of my friends that were not allowed to enter on that basis and had to drive home to get changed, which on their return they then tell us they dont have a walk ins (11pm), and they practically force you to buy a table because their walk ins are non existent regardless of the lady on the phone telling you walk ins are allowed up to 12.30am... What a lie I was fed... We did end up buying a table and had a decent night however will not be attending the club again until they change their attitude. My recommendation for a night out in Dubai go to: The Act Cavaali Toy room Vii Etc... Just stay aware that if you attend White you will not get in easily.

Called up to make sure walk ins was okay for the night. Got ready and had two girls meet me also, went all the way there and were all refused entry for no reason other than oh suddenly the management has closed walk in entry when the club had literally just opened within 10minutes. Bit of a joke Im visiting Dubai all the way from Australia and after reading many of the same reviews Im glad I didnt give this pos club any of my money. Dont waste your fuel or taxi fair going to this place. On the other hand I highely recommend sensation club at the crown plaza!

Dont even deserve 1 star.. the most arrogant and discriminating staff i have ever experienced in the UAE, way better clubs and chic places in the city where at least they ll provide you with a 5 star service. It was my first time and i dont think ill visit that place again.. my friends were in the queue ahead of me and they let them in and when it was my turn they looked at me and my girlfriend they said sorry walk ins are not accepted after 1 am.. anyways i saw them letting lots of people get in with inappropriate dress code and the ones that were very well dessed got rejected.. it doesnt worth to go there and spend a single AED.. very cheap, discriminating and arrogant management.. honestly dont even bother to visit it unless you want to be discriminated eventhough while wearing well branded and stylish outfit.. hope this place all the best..

Very racist staff. I dont recommend anyone going there because they judge how you look even if you followed their dress code it doesnt matter. They always tell me "come next time and winks at you" as if this will make it any better. Poor management.

We arrived at 00,35 and we were denied entry. Reason: only tables were allowed. Couples were allowed to get in within 00,30. We were late 5 minutes. Denied entry. I was observing and anyone with girls were entering the club. Just very racist lady selecting at the entry. I would not recommend anyone to go to white dubai. Poor customer service. Horrible bouncers. Never again.

Krept and konan English artist were due to perform seeing as were from London ourselves we thought we would support them. We arrived just before 11pm and was told that we were not allowed in due to all of us wearing flats so we hopped into a cab asked our driver to wait, change and head back to the venue on arrival there were numerous amount of people of colour standing outside when we got to the front of the que we were told that there were no walk-ins after 12 although they advertise no walk ins after 12.30 she said guest list and tables only when we told her we were also on guest list she told us the manager deals with it and refused us entry. The bouncer then told us that the club was racist and we probably wouldnt have been able to go in anyway. In this day in age it is absolutely unacceptable to even imagine that this type of behaviour still exist. We ended up partying with the locals and having a great night at citymax

I would absolutely not recommend this club. The female in the front.. Blonde hair and blue eyes... Only wants people in there who resemble her. When I called to ask about the club, they only allow a party of four to reserve a table, which was inconvenvient for my bestfriend and I who were visiting, and I was told nothing about a heel policy. Nor, did the website mention this. She turned people around based on her opinion of sophistication. Out of all the places I visited in Dubai, this was the worst. #URBNsaturday

I hate hate hate this place! I went once and was so appalled by the attitude and the arrogance i couldnt stay 20 mins. One of the most obnoxious and politically incorrect door policies! The place is so obviously in your face racist seeing as 95% of the people turned down are people of colour. Its only a matter of time before time before someone takes legal action against them.

Racist. Racist. Racist. Discriminatory door practices. Do not go here, especially if you are black. Its shocking how this country which is trying to build an economy with a strong tourist base can allow such practices. So its OK to play our music while imitating our dances and mannerisms and hijacking our culture but youre too good to allow us entry into your venue. Do not give this place your money. Do not just shrug it off. Its sad when in 2015 we still deal with this foolishness. Not to mention, that its way too far of a drive to waste your time and energy to be turned away because of the color of your skin and then be forced to pay the 30dhs valet fee even though you were there for 5 minutes and never stepped foot in the club. Unacceptable.
