Yasmina BelhadiIt was one of the most horrible cinema experiences of my life. First of all I booked online under the impression that I will not be in the long line for the tickets desk. However, on the same day I get like 3 calls from reel cinema about the movie getting cancelled and that I will have to watch it 3D version and that the 2 D version is not going to be available, then I get another message saying that the 2D version is back and that I can watch it but it will be shown at a different time. ( confusion was real) After I reach the cinema I go to retrieve my online tickets and then find out that someone from the staff already got them from the machine and held them for me which I would not have known if I did not call to ask. Second of all, the movie was really bad ( not blaming reel cinema for it but it definitely did not cheer me up after having such a bad service).

Tiare CurtisThis theater is slightly more expensive than the other ones in Dubai, its 55 AED per ticket. However, they do have nicer seats! They are in pairs, with a little side table so you can put your food down. Very nice and comfortable seats.

Anna FaniWent to the cinema at Dubai Marina Mall to use a 50% off voucher that mentioned the price was AED 17.50. After I redeemed the voucher, the cashier charged me AED 28. I told her the voucher was 50% off at 17.50 and she said they didnt have AED 35 seats. I asked her how the voucher came about then. She changed the story to only the first row of the cinema is AED 35 and the rest of the cinema is AED 55. I dont mind paying the AED 28 but I found the misleading advertising very annoying. Cashier was also very irritated that I wanted clarity on the pricing and why the voucher states something completely different from what she was saying. Probably wont be going back here.
