kunal veleDear Al Shaali Moto (so known as Authorised dealer / service center - CFmoto), Having purchased the CF moto 650nk motorcycle on 13th April ,2014 from your showroom priced at AED 25,000, it indeed gives me immense pleasure to thank you for providing me with the WORST service ever. As you may know, in a matter of 2 months time I have visited your center for at least 15 – 20 times already or may be more and wasted my weekends & evenings after my working hours, with a hope that the problem will be fixed. Perhaps you were so kind, instead of fixing the problem I was rather charged AED 120 for the spark plug (which did not even fix the problem). Well may I ask you what all does warranty covers? Hello Sir, after taking a test ride you were Billion Percent Confident that the bike had no issues whatsoever, until i proved you wrong. To make sure I do not waste any more days or even a single minute to visit your showroom with Inexperienced mechanics, I decided to abandon the idea of visiting and try writing a review instead. What I suggest is this. After replying to this email with worthless assurances that the matter is being looked into and will be dealt with, why not hire few experienced mechanics and stop delivering worst services?
