Mani ManouDiscriminate towards disabled: few words to describe the most outrageous hotel practice I have experienced as a little person. Selected as a little person to be part of the international dwarf fashion show, I was told the ramada hotel was one of our sponsor. the day I arrived in dubai where my first stop was supposed to check in at the ramada hotel, I found out via an email that the hotel decided to turn their back on us and shamelessly left some of the people working in the show in the street. they cancelled their booking because they believed a rumor stating that the show wasnt happening. i will never recommend a hotel ditching people at the last minute. you cant give your word and then turn your back on them like they are an old pair of sicks u dont wanna be dealing with anymore. a message to ramada, if you didnt want to support my community in the first place, you shouldnt have accepted when we asked you to help dwarfism awareness. I am currently talking to a major media news reporter so your hotel name can be dropped and people can know who you are and what kind of unethical entity you are. disabled are human beings and dont deserve to be treated like outcast.

Foutain view rooms have a nice seat out, from where you can enjoy the fountain with music but cant view the Burj Khalifa at all... the building on the left side blocks the view...!

Sam Al-BusaidyThis place was awesome, stone throw to all prime locations in downtown Dubai. Rooms were BIG. View is great no matter which balcony you get, we got balcony overlooking Burj Khalifa. There was another tall building in front of us, so we only saw part of Burj Khalifa. But we had full view of the dancing water fountains and stage. Fountains came to life every night. The place is next to Dubai mall. Rooms are clean, place is quiet and staff are excellent.

Altayerمكان جميل فقط للإستمتاع باطلالة النافوره وبرج خليفه وكذلك قربه من دبي مول. عند وصولنا لم يكن هناك سرعه في استلام الغرفه من طرف موظف الاستقبال. واللوبي صغير جدا ومزدحم بالكراسي الغرفه اثاثها قديم ومعدات المطبخ غير نظيفه وعند اتصالي لتنظيف الغرفه فاليوم التالي انتظرت كثيرا وتفاجأت من تنظيفهم لأنهم لم يغيرو فرش السرير ابدا بل اكتفوا فقط بترتيبه ولم ينظفو الارضيات بالشكل المطلوب. ازعاج فالممر طول النهار
